Just accessbility to City center.
It really can't be said that this place is a hotel. In fact, it is a house with few amenities that has been introduced as a hotel. Our room was across the courtyard with no internet signal. Heating was very poor. There was no telephone in the room and the reception staff left the hotel at 10pm until tomorrow morning! That is, we weren't even sure of our own security, and if it did, we had no means of communication with others (consider that we may not have provided a SIM card for any reason)
The customer service
The room was clean and there was a pretty patio outside. The area is very nice and gives you a real Italian experience - with a lot of good restaurants around with local flavors and less tourists. There are also shops around. The staff was nice. Breakfasts were of limited variety (mostly sweet) but very tasty. It is also cost efficient.
Despite area being nice, it's in the middle of nowhere in relation to the city center - you have to rely on public buses which are never on time, so you may end up waiting on a stop for 40 minutes. They do not offer any shuttle from the airport and Uber is out of reach there (drivers reject the rides). The room was rather small and full of old, dysfunctional items - AC had constant errors and was dripping water, blow dryer wasn't working and toilet was barely flushing. As a cover there was an old hairy blanket, which didn't seem hygienic. The rooms need renovation and new equipment for sure.
the host is very friendly
breakfast if with egg or omblet would be much better
I liked the room amenities and its furniture. Parking for the car.
I did not like the bathroom door that was blocked. Noisy hotel and non-soundproofed rooms, we could even listen to people speaking to each other or having sex in the next room. This was really disgusting. Breakfast was poor with little choice of low quality (only 1 brand of yougurt, 1 orange juice, one fruit type and no options). I would have appreciated more options if compared to price which was surprisingly high. Rustic and unsuitable environments certainly to be restored but I paid for a service not comparable to 3 stars hotel. Beverage vending machine out of use. Few staff, structure used almost as a private home.
