Pros: Everything! it is clean. great amenities. great staff, good breakfast. This has been one of our favorite places we have stayed throughout the country. LOVE IT!
Pros: Complimentary breakfast
Cons: The light next to the bed in the room I was in was controlled by a switch across the room
Cons: The kids running and screaming in the halls at 3:00 in the morning. And it went on for over an hour with no one stopping them.
Cons: Next to the stock yard and heater pulled the older in. Would be nice to have room deodorizer provided.
Pros: Good breakfast
It was just absolutely fabulous! Very affordable as well. With a family of 6 it gets expensive to stay in hotels. We want a nice comfortable hotel with the most important meal of the day available and we had just that!! Thank you again!! We loved our stay!!
Pros: The breakfast was the best ever!! Beats a marriott or a residence breakfast out of the water!! The TV options were great beds were comfy and excellent space in bathroom! Will stay again.
Cons: Not at all!!
Pros: Newer Hotel, very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful.
It's full of oilfield workers, so you get an empty hotel during the day.
Pros: It's brand new and very nice.
Cons: The staff isn't at all savvy about checking in and out. The tv had open porn channels which the family saw momentarily as we searched for a channel. And this is a small Utah community!!!
Pros: Swimming pool and breakfast. The room was comfortable.
Pros: Indoor access to rooms, indoor swimming pool, gym, hot breakfast, bed and bedding (no dirty bedspread!), internet in the room, cable TV, bathroom accesories, coming limentary tea and coffee in the lobby, fridge and microwave in the room
Cons: The parking lot is outdoors and in the morning my car was covered with snow.
Had a great stay. Will be heading back in December and plan to book at this hotel again!
Pros: The room was large and clean with all the latest amenities including internet, microwave and refrigerator. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept quite well. Not always the case in hotels. Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Its located at the far eastern end of Roosevelt, and technically in the City of Ballard, so its a little longer drive to the Roosevelt city center (maybe a mile). There is a new restaurant called Red Gravy on site, with decent Italian cuisine. No wine or beer are available yet as they are waiting for Utah's licenses to be approved. The room had a nice small refrigerator and a microwave. A 40' flat screen TV had plenty of channels. The free breakfast looked just ok, but there were plenty of options ranging from microwavable food to either hot oatmeal or cold cereals. There was a waffle maker too. Coffee was nasty.
Pros: Our room was in the new wing, so it may not represent the balance of the hotel. The room had very decent décor for the price, was in great shape and the beds were new feeling and comfortable. The bathroom was handicap accessible, and very roomy.
Pros: The desk clerks are very friendly. The rooms are excellant
Cons: was non smoking, still smelled like smoke. there were moths in the room. like the door had been left open.
Cons: It was dirty, dusty and it smelt bad.The Breakfast was disgusting! The toilet seat was broken. The air-conditioner sounded awful and it blew out dust when we turned it on.
Pros: Price and location
Cons: Large areas in bathroom missing paint/ paint peeling. Sheetrock damage around shower head, unknown funknown around base of toilet.
Pros: The staff was nice the rooms were better than what I expected for the price and the breakfast was great nothing to complain about.
Cons: No really for the price it was fine.
Cons: Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Used fabreeze to cover up smell.
Pros: Price was reasonable and location is next to a restaurant and a quick drive to town
Cons: Staff was rude. Attempted to call to let them know it would be a late check in and phone just rang got 9 minutes. Called next door hotel who answered right away and they informed them. Staff tried to say it was my phone that was the problem.
When we arrived for breakfast there was no coffee, juice or eggs. The rest of the food was not stocked and the area had spilled liquids, paper and condiments. I was told others could not reach anyone they tried dialing 0 at the desk even calling then just left without eating. I went back and forth to the properties as well as dialing 0 until I got someone. When the breakfast host arrived, she had an attitude when placing items down, then never cleaning areas. Two days in a row, I had to search for desk management to replenish breakfast bar. When I told the manager the yogurt was frozen I was told no one has complained. When both managers would apologize they would justify the situation. We were told they had maid service people call off, but even after apologies they kept on with poor service. I felt they ran the hotel like they were at home and did not take running the business seriously with guests as priorities.
Pros: I enjoyed the location and the room. It was great you could use the amenities at the Ballard properties. Hotel great not service.
Cons: The service given by the managers and breakfast staff I did not appreciate. I had to hunt down the front desk managers on two occasions. The breakfast buffet was depleted and not replemished at 8:10am. Staff gave an attitude on each occasion.
Pros: The location is the only thing to recommend this business
Cons: Dirty, poor maintenance, never anyone at front desk. Had to get a new key card EVERY day. Bottom of door was falling off so we had to slam it to make sure it would shut and body slam it to open it. AWFUL place! On top of that they took an extra $200!!
Pros: Comfortable bed - good location.
Cons: Front staff was not available. I usually had to wait for a long time or wander around trying to find someone to help me check in and out.
There are not many hotels in Roosevelt and so this Hotel provides a great place to stay and is what you would expect for the price.
Pros: The staff member who check me in was very friendly. I notice that since the last time I stayed, which was last June that some improvements have been made. The decor, the breakfast provided and other things. All add a nicer touch to it.
Cons: The only thing I can think of is that there wasn't many channels to view at night. You had HBO and that was good, but I guess the area just doesn't have a real great selection for viewing especially for children. Luckily HBO had a kids movie to keep busy.
