We liked the friendly service and the nice room. We will come back again. No
The room, swimming pool and Spa. Did not have time to use the Gym but will do next stay. The entrance to the Parking.
The hotel is very clean and it is very good for family Nothing to say about that
Restaurant was excellent. Staff were very attentive and tried their best to communicate with us - we don't speak French.
I liked the location, the luxurious lobby and the fact it had a nice restaurant at the facility. A big selling point for staying here for my wife was the fact they had a hot tub. Just as she was getting in the staff stopped her and said they had to shut it down to change the water and it would not open untill the next day. She was very dissapointed.
Friendly front desk staff at checkin and checkout None
We stayed one night and liked this Hotel , I would recommend this Hotel to whoever goes to Rimouski.
Very appealing hotel - clean, nice rooms, good location.
Room was very clean; the staff were very helpful and professional
we liked that you (person at the counter) was there at 1am, waiting for us, tired from the road trip, and in a minute we were at our room - just what we needed can not say anything, fortunately
Don't be fooled by the exterior. The hotel is excellent. There is no lobby or common area, but this did not affect our stay. We ordered the breakfast which is a basket that is brought to your room - again it was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.
Beautiful kitchen & furnishings Somewhat sleazy neighbour hood near the Harbour. No staff from 9pm to 9 am
Wonderful staff, room and bathroom. Breakfast is not included. Ice machines are bins without scoops; you have to use your hands to get ice.
Nice Hotel with business class room, friendly people in every facilities, lovely gardens with swiming pool, facing the St-Laurent river....very nice!!!
No free breakfast On the description it was supposed to be a breakfast

close to the the st-laurent. very very old
The location was perfect for us! Really old room furniture and decor, bathroom door was not Closing well, would not stay there for a few Days
Nice and clean. Centrally located. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Rooms have to many mirrors, need to upgrade. No fridge in the room. Need ice machine on each floor.
Convenience to city and nice view of river no water in morning. Hotel seems 50 years old and has been allowed to run down to a 1.0 to 1.5 star. Room had repaired damage to ceiling, carpet was dirty, stained and worn. Mildew around tub. Bed hard. Carpet in halls was worn, lumpy, frayed and dirty.
Although it shows its age, and would need some repairs, I thought the value for the price was very good. I had not been there for 20 years, and it felt like it was yesterday. The brunch buffet was a bit expensive, but quite variate. Get a room on the river side; the view toward the water is magnificent. It's very quiet even though it overlooks the main boulevard.
Very friendly owners made the best to speak as much English as possible. Good breakfast. English TV. There is construction (road closed)on the main road leading to B&B. It is a long detour around with poor detour signage. Not the b&b's fault, but it made it hard to navigate especially at night.
Thé charm of the place , historic building cosy room but a bit small 1st night was perfect we were alone on the floor . But the second night was a nightmare. There was a group (probably youth )who came in at 3 am and the party was in the place ran in the stairs up and down slammed doors. We could not even sleep.
