excellent location, just over the border from Geneva. the room was modern and comfortable. staff friendly and helpful. parking is secure and free, just in front of hotel. good breakfast (for France). the bathroom needs to be renovated (the bedroom was but bathroom is from 1970s) and a shower curtain installed to avoid complete mess in bathroom. also the airconditionning was not working. when we informed the reception, they were well aware. it seems this is a persistant problem but if so remove airconditioning from the features list (it was over 30grad when we stayed there so airconditioning would be welcome).

Good no-nonsense hotel with an excellent value for money. Very good if you intend to visit Geneva and you want to avoid the ridiculous downtown prices.

Staff was very kind & friendly. A/C was broken. (All rooms) I could not sleep well.

The hotel staff, especially the one in the breakfast room, the cleaneness of the room and free parking. No shower curtains in the bath room, so it was always wet after we took a shower.

Location. Breakfast. Terrible bed! All night long shouting and noise. Initially we thought from outside the hotel but it was from guests. Very loud, windows open.

Good price, comfortable room, location suitable to my plans, OK breakfast. When checking out, clerk was occupied by a customer requesting advice for a long time before turning to me to check me out.

Great valy for money... Basic but clean and comfortable rooms The matras was a bit to hard for our liking... The tram 16 and 12 to Geneva City center took a 15 minute walk, which was slightly more than anticipated, but the streetcars are very comfortable, run frequently and until late. Excellen choise for location, as long as you don't expect to be in the Geneva city center....

The hotel advertises an indoor pool wich is not on site !. You need to drive to the next door fitness centre where you need to bring your own padlock or pay for it.The hotel is a block of flats .Although it as new, there is no effort to make it relaxing and friendly.

Big comfortable room Strange finish in the rooms. Partially very good, partially looks like not been finished.

The beds, the dimensions of the bedrooms and the bathrooms are excellent. Also a very good restaurant. During the night I wasn't able to open a window for some fresh air, only the balcony door.

Central location. Cheaper than Geneva 30 mins away. Bad internet.

Free and fast WiFi! Parking available for free. Decent restaurant in walking distance. Rather limited choice for breakfast. Well, unfortunately one hears pretty well what other guests are practicing.

The closeness to Geneva. The very helpful lady at the reservation ! The fair price. This sort of hotel is not really my type of hotels I prefer, (cody typing self check-in at a machine at night...., tiny plastic bathrooms ) but for a 2 nights stay it was ok.

Decent beds and friendly staff. Room was not completely clean: sticky stains on the table (just a detail, the rest of the room was fine).

It's a very simple hotel' however it gives nice budget option near Geneva if You have a car. Tiny shower and toilet, water not so hot in the evening, the cleanliness should be improved.

The hotel was ideally located close to shops, bars and good restaurants in Annemasse and there is a regular bus service just around the corner from the hotel which we took to the Swiss frontier where we boarded a tram to Geneva centre - so much more relaxing than taking the car and paying an exhorbitant parking fee in Geneva! All the hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Clean,friendly staff. No tea/coffee making facilities in room,no English speaking staff or T.V. channels.

comfortable bed, easy reach to the market, suitable for cheap accomodation when visiting Geneva for meeting but only if rent car, there is a nice restaurant just outside the hotel staff didn't know or didn't want to speak english but anyway this is France!.. a small refrigerator in the room would do...
