Pros: I stay at Hyatt Trinidad very often and from the first time til now, the service went from great to the best ever in Trinidad. At Hyatt Trinidad you get the best service from entrance, then you check in and the staff behind the counters are perfect. So, from the bell boys at the front to the check in staff and the house keepers, one word, AMAZING! This time around, I got the best service ever from Triciah. She was beyond perfect and should be awarded "Employee of the Year". She assisted us from check in to getting to our room. I also had a housekeeper who I swear was my own personally. Wish I had her name because she too deserves to be highlighted. The staff at the buffet deserved all my change for tips. I never received such over the top customer service Trinidad. When I'm at Hyatt Trinidad, I am welcomed with the greatest warmth ever. I wish Hyatt Trinidad would go around the island and teach other businesses what customer service is truly about.
Cons: Absolutely nothing
Pros: Great views and facilities
Cons: Parking on the higher levels was annoying

Pros: Staff's customer service skills were outstanding!
Pros: Good common spaces, ie, court yard, lounge area
Cons: I wish it had a complimentary breakfast. Also, it would be nice if the complimentary coffee was available after 6 am.
Pros: The hotel was very clean, staff was very friend and made sure all of our needs were met & the hotel is convienetly located right next to a plaza with a shopping mall, many american favorites such as cold stone, starbucks, ruby tuesdays, a movie theater,
Cons: popeyes, burger king.
Pros: The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Cons: It was not a full service hotel, so when you order food from the restaurant, they did not have room service. Had to pick up food myself.
Everyone was very helpful and always greeted you with a smile. The free internet was a plus as was having a printer available. The room and all public areas were always clean. The food was excellent and reasonably priced.
Pros: The friendly staff

Pros: Stay at Kspok was a breeze. From check in to checkout was seamless. Staff was very helpful and professional. Access to recreation and urban areas ideal.
Cons: Only drawback, isles were a little narrow.
Pros: I was only at the Kapok for one nite and booked last minute and I couldn't have had a better experience at Kapok. When I arrived, they were warm and welcoming and gave me a complimentary upgrade to a King-sized bed. I slept diagonally and like a baby.
the next morning I had a meeting at noon and they happily gave me an xtra hour so I could take my meeting in private and then check out at 1.
there was also Kava restaurant in the lobby which is a cool little place.
it is also located very close to the Savannah and a strip mall area with many shops.

Pros: The entire staff are some of the friendliest, most helpful people you'd want to meet. Always service with a smile and give great advice on places to visit and things to do; as well as give great directions. The place felt clean, safe and comfy. You'll love it!!
Cons: Unfortunately this isn't the beachfront style property we're used to on vacation. But it was close to just about everything else you could want to see and do. Plenty of historic sight-seeing (although many currently going through renovations), zoo and botanical garden nearby, short drive to downtown, malls and a strip of restaurants and bars. Plus an adventurous drive through the mountains to spectacular Maracas Beach.
Pros: Love the view from my room..staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Pool area needed cleaning...went to the restaurant about 12:30 pm to get something to eat and there was no one there to help us only a chef and she was clueless. ..she went to the kitchen or wherever to get a server...we waited for about 20 minutes then left because she never came back...
Cons: I also made a booking with Kayak, front desk staff couldn't find the reservation..said I didn't have one. I showed my paid confirmation email, and forwarded it to the staff...and they still charged me for the room! Twice... Now I'm filing a request for reimbursement with my credit card company... What a hassle! Would've stayed elsewhere if I knew it would be so complicated for them!
Cons: The staff was the worst staff I have ever dealt with. They told us we had no reservation and that the confirmation email I had from kayak (which was prepaid) was not sufficient. They also made me make a collect call to the kayak.com confirmation line which had me on hold for 40 minutes while they (hilton staff) tried to find appropriate fax numbers and email address. I was very disappointed with the staff. They also wanted to charge me again and were extremely rude in handling the mix up. In contrast the kayak.com staff was VERY helpful and patient with the rude staff at the hilton trinidad/tobago

I'd use it again for traveling through Trinidad.
Pros: Very close to the airport. Free shuttle was reliable and quick. Security was good. All the staff were good, friendly and working hard
Cons: No bar!
Good for a short stay.
Pros: Proximity to the airport. Small swimming pool and gym.
Cons: A little difficult to find the access road to the hotel. No shopping or dining options nearby. Breakfast was mainly continental: juice, toast, yogurt, cereal and pastries (not available both days).
I liked that the hotel was close to the airport as my flight was early in the morning. The front desk staff was pleasant and informative. My strong advice would be for visitors to take extra precaution and barricade the door once they retire. I would stay there again whenever I am in transit to avoid traffic .
Pros: The fact that there was shuttle bus pickup and drop off
Cons: The fact that even though I bolted and locked my door, it was pushed hard and opened from the outside by someone. The noise woke me up and when I checked I found my door opened. I closed it and barricaded it with the room furniture. My room was 107 .
Pros: Amazing location, complimentary breakfast, and complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport and mall were highlights to this hotel! The hotel is kid friendly; both my 9 year old and I highly enjoyed our stay.
Pros: the location, the airport shuttle and the room was amazing!
Pros: Enjoyed the breakfast.
Cons: Room key stopped working each time we left and went back to the room. The safe in the room stopped working so we had to call for service to get our things out.
