8.0 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous with beautiful surrounds.
Cons: Staff and vibe was a bit stuffy.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service breakfast was really good...I would recommend the Avocado on browen toast with Chilli & poached egg
Cons: The first day was awkward as unbeknown to us there was a private booking for the hotel, meaning the restaurant & dining facilities were not available. To be fair they did make room service available to order in other areas of the Hotel. They also made recommendations for a restaurant in nearby Beaulieu sur Mer....great location but not so good restaurant ( African Queen )
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great place, great location, great chef and great staff. Perfect memories..
9.3 Excellent
Pros: great location
9.5 Excellent

Cons: ——-
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location near the Village of Eze. We practically had the hotel to ourselves at this time of year. The views were amazing especially of the crashing surf outside our room. We loved it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This, In my opinion, is the most beautiful hotel in the world.
Cons: The Coffee! Could have a kettle and a supply of tea in every room
8.8 Excellent
Pros: One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed at!!!

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent facilities and sublime service
Cons: Excessive charging on occasions . eg 2 glasses of orange juice at breakfast 28 Euros!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, view, restaurant offer, staff kindness, the whole experience was beyond our expectation.
6.8 Good
Pros: Loved the settings, the rooms, the gardens are amazing. The pool is great and so is the food. The staff wonderful but you pay over the top for the experience.
Cons: We have stayed at numerous Four Seasons and I would have to say the value for money here is just not justified. There is literally no pool service and the menu around the pool is just appalling. Other than getting a towel and having to book a spot that’s about as far as it goes. No plates of fruit or icy poles being handed around like other four seasons in hot weather or jugs of fresh water no special little treats are provided at all around the pool, they should take a leaf out of Four Seasons Hong Kong. I found this outrageous. It’s like they take advantage of the fact the hotel is isolated so you have to eat there and whilst the food is incredible it’s highly highly over priced for the servings. An entree pasta of just cheese and simple tomatoes with about eight pieces of agnolotti is like 42 Euros. I couldn’t not understand how we paid nearly 2K Australian dollars a night and no breakfast included which was ordinary anyway and 50 Euros per person. So whilst we had a lovely time we spent most of our time out of the hotel due to location being remoter and over the top prices for eating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s the best hotel in the world.
Cons: Nothing ever not to like. We come many times a year to the hotel. Same staff, service and everything is beyond exceptional
9.5 Excellent
Pros: another “four seasons”, another great service. thank you

Cons: Hotel food and drinks were pricey.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Would prefer to have a bath tab in our room
4.3 Okay
Pros: Nice front desk staff

10.0 Excellent

Cons: Price
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely, comfortable room with fantastic views. The hotel is beautiful, especially poolside.
Cons: The service just absolutely does not live up to the hotel’s reputation. The service is just completely lacking, especially in the restaurant, pool area. Room service price is absolutely extortionate and unnecessary. Felt perhaps like guests in more expensive rooms were treated with more care and attention.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The attention to detail and the service of the staff. Loved the view out to the sea each morning too!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stunning hotel and helpful friendly staff
Chateau Eza - Eze - Building
4
9.3 Excellent (603 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Èze (Old Town), Chateau Eza is within a 10-minute drive of Exotic Garden (Jardin Exotique) and Casino Monte Carlo. Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services.
7.5 Good
Pros: Hotel bar, service quality, location, charm and general styling all this perfect and what you expect. But that’s all.
Cons: Ok, where to start... we paid over 1.300€/night for room, that was probably not under some serious maintance for last 5 years. Short list what was TOTALY wrong, especially compare to price. Bathroom - one of two sink doesn’t work, shower have damaged floor and death flies in lights, automatic toilet works so so, make up mirror was very damaged and light on it doesn’t work at all, tile under sink damaged, doors to toilet almost totaled. Cloakroom - old “ikea like” furniture, 3 diferent types of hangers, terribly cheap solution for cover window with cardboard paper and duct tape, not joking! Bedroom - bed was half destroyed, swinging just by sitting on it, on table some super old radio for iPhone 4 that loose it’s white color 3 years ago, original skylight on top of the room covered with same cardboard like cloakroom but with additional carpet, mark of water on wall from A/C. Living room - all repairs done on historic wall made with some kind of glue or whatever they have by hand at the time they did with total ignorance to any visual quality, which is general problem all over the room and balcony. Balcony - whirpool have not dirt, but definetly not clean water, worked just 2/3 of jets, head rest was removed completly and now the most f*cked thing in whole room - right on balcony is ventilation outlet from KITCHEN that smell from kitchen all day and it is incredibly loud even at 11pm, when I have to go to reception totaly angry ask if it’s possible to turn it off finaly. You can of course this noise hear even in bedroom!!! After I gave part of this little list at reception at time of checkout all I get was “sorry” and writing down some of the problems I mention here, no refund, no offer, not even parking for free as apology, NOTHING, NO-THING!!!! And as extra there was 286€ on final bill for dinner we haven’t!?!?!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room were just barely adequate. Two of us stayed in Corniche which had no view but was comfortable. The other room we had was not comfortable, no view and steep narrow stairs to a loft sleeping area. It was definitely not worth the walk up.
Cons: The second room was unacceptable.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The view is wonderful
Cons: It’s so hard to reach to the hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing weekend! Views, suite, staff, restaurant, overall service and amenities throughout were spectacular.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The view and the town. The staff were very friendly. The room was neat and tidy, in keeping with the limitations of the town.
Cons: We chose a bad day so the prices were steep.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: My mother and I returned to Chateau Eza after 23 years and the staff were incredibly understanding, caring, helpful and the most professional/friendly people we have ever met. Thank you for making it such a special experience for both of us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from my “Superior”room was all I hoped it would be. Lovely special dinner. It was expensive but delicious and a wonderful memory. Staff was helpful and friendly. We believe we will go back someday.
Cons: Door locks were difficult to operate. Need hooks to hang towels and robes. Not a property for those with mobility issues.

Cons: try to spend more than one night !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our stay very much and will recommend the hotel to our friends.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful surroundings and unique beautiful swimingpool. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: The room is a bit dated. Contains just basic furniture.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really good breakfast, lunch & dinner in the hotel. Within walking distance from Saint Paul. Highly recommended and we will come back again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very nice - location was very peaceful
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The relaxed athmosphere.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful pool, with poolside bistro served gorgeous food at lunchtime and in the evening.
6.3 Good
Pros: The room (very large double and 1 single bed) was large, very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool area was lovely.
Cons: The breakfast cost extra (€15 per person) and was completely self service. We even had to make our own coffee, and cooked breakfast was not refreshed during the service. Hotel is c. 25 minutes walk from St Paul de Vence village. Very few staff around, and reception often not manned. There was a pantry with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and an honesty box but it meant that you had to pay for water, tea and coffee which would normally be provided free in the room. Dinner was available by the pool but only a set menu of €45 which was high compared to restaurants in the village.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Elegant as only French can do . Charming and one of the gems
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Tamerlan is a best manager. Thank you very much, my friend!!!!
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Relais & Château.... no other words needed
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Best location in St Paul and outstanding service and most attentive staff.
7.5 Good
Pros: Perfect location inside the city walls on the main street through Saint Paul. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nice glass of rosé and cookies upon arrival with comforting concierge after harrowing driving to get to the property and many steps to climb to find a bellman.
Cons: No air conditioning turned on in the property yet, and it was stuffy and warm in the hotel and my room. Opening windows with no screens helped, but was reluctant to leave open while out or at night. My deluxe room has a wonderful view overlooking the valley below, but rampart walkway was eyeball height for walkers looking into the bedroom window, taking pictures, and talking. Not at all private without keeping draperies closed altogether. Small bathroom with old and slightly moldy finishes in the shower. Glass door to shower would not close all the way, so water leaked on bath floor even with strategically placed towels on the floor. Decor needs to be upgraded to 21st century luxury standards rather than still reveling in 1990’s glamour.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Suite was absolutely delightful. Hotel upgraded our suite because of availability with no extra charge. Staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Located in a delightful medieval village on the french Riviera. Breathtaking views of the countryside and of the sea. Wonderful local French cafes.
Cons: Be prepared to walk as the medieval ramparts are often too narrow for cars. But there are a number of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is wonderful, the village itself is amazing
Cons: The room is too small
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Unique , Lovely Hotel, and experience at the end of the season! Very cozy & intimate, in the center of a storybook Medieval setting. Loved all the art galleries and unique shops.
Cons: Should have been sent VERY detailed instructions re: arriving by car, PRIOR to arrival. It was extremely time consuming, confusing, and stressful despite the use of GPS.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location, staff is very nice and helpful. Really liked the coziness of the hotel
Cons: Service at the restaurant could be a bit better. It would have been nice to know what was in our cheese platter and our glasses were often empty so we had to wait or ask.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous hotel. Great location in heart of this old village, rooms very clean and comfortable, and staff very friendly. Billy is the best valet anywhere! Have stayed here 3 times and would go back.
Cons: Nothing

Cons: Nothing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Closeness to Rail and Centre of City
Cons:
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I have visited 27 countries, I saw a lot of different hotels. But this hotel is the worst hotel that I have ever seen! I was afraid to take a shower, because it was ssooo dirty! it is not 30star hotel. I will not even give 1 star to it! The lamp in the toilet was blinking like at the discoteque and the staff did nothing to help us. Staff was not aatentive, not smily, they just didn't care about anything. The door of the toilet didn't close. Wallpapers were 3 cm from the walls. It is a peppergrass for 100 euro per night!!!
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: only location
Cons: my air conditioner is not work, but i got only 10 euro back . It too expensive for the room without air conditioner
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Please write at least 15 words
Cons: Dirty tired.uncomfortable beds. Miles from the beach.Inedible breakfast disgusting outlook.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: It was located in an area that I would not consider safe; it would be better further south but were not made aware. Because of safety, a car park would have helped for coming back late.

Featured amenities include limo/town car service, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Planning an event in Èze? 8.8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location , nice room
Cons: Old bathrooms and appliances
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel & rooms. We booked a room with a Partial sea view and were very impressed by the expanse of view our room enjoyed.
Cons: The hotel could make their guests feel more welcome through more separation between private areas for hotel guests only & the public. As a guest, paying good money to stay at the property you would hope for priority service but unfortunately the staff have to work so hard to keep up with the sheer number coming through the hotel for a photo or cocktail on the terrace that their service struggles. Hotel guests should have separate seating areas or private terraces to enjoy the view & facilities.
7.0 Good
Pros: The Location is just stunning. The staff were super friendly & helpful. The view(s) all over place are outstanding.
Cons: The shower cabin was leaky. So we needed the half of our towels to stop it. And they doesn‘t fixed it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Old, but clean and very well maintained facilities. All of the staffs are so kind. I’ll definitely visit the hotel again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet and charming
Cons: Bees were very disturbing with meal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and grounds are gorgeous. The staff is extraordinary and helps with just about everything. The view of the Mediterranean is like nothing else in the world!
Cons: I wish it was closer to the beach or the beach was accessible from the chateau.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location. The staff. The service. A lovely place.
7.5 Good
Pros: Wonderful location but overpriced given the poor service and dated facilities. The restaurant is excellent and has some of the best views along the coast.
Cons: Service was unbelievably slow and staff were generally not very friendly or helpful. The facilities look as though they were last updated in the 1980s. The pool/s in particular are tiny and not well located with no service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely fabulous hotel and personal. Exceptional restaurant. Garden maintenance and cleanliness 100% Best views!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Views and service were excellent. Great sunbathing areas.
Cons: If you don’t book lunch at the café by the pool you might have to leave the hotel to eat, I have never experienced this being a guest at a hotel before.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location and view is stunning and spectacular.
Cons: Room soundproof is not good. You are able to hear the neighbours. Service around the swimming pool is not efficient.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is amazing and the rooms, which are part of the orginal buildings in the old city, have an incredible level of execution and finish. Our four story suite was outfitted like the interior of a modern luxury yatch and included an elaborate entertainment and lighting system. You won't find a better view of the Cote D' Azure anywhere. Highly recommended. We will be back.
Hotel Villa Azur - Villeneuve-Loubet - Bedroom
9
9.1 Excellent (896 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel Villa Azur in Villeneuve-Loubet (Villeneuve Loubet Beach), you'll be a 4-minute drive from Marineland Antibes and 9 minutes from Juan-les-Pins Beach. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.0 Good
Pros: Small hotel on the beach, modern and minimalist design. High quality and clean. The cleaning staff is good and friendly. Nice shower. Very good beds, fresh sheets. Seaside view is great. Nice sunbathing terrace. Beautiful terrace for breakfast and restaurant. The atmosphere is somewhat sterile, not very inviting, cosy or friendly.   There is no private beach, but all necessities for sunbathing and swimming are free form the reception desk. The hotel environment is not very interesting. Nearby bar Mombasa is low key, nice, friendly and cheap for example for lunch. A big plus is the train station a few hundred meters away. Every half hour trains to Nice and Antibes/Juan-les-Pins etc.
Cons: Breakfast is complete but substandard in quality, for a four star hotel. Terrible croissants (in France!), no fresh marmalade or yogurt, industrial scrambled eggs, presentation of food is messy. The  breakfast staff is inattentive, uninterested, almost unfriendly.  The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. We did not use it because we only stayed for 3 nights. The hotel has no staffed bar. Idiotic statement in the room that 75% of occupants "participated In protecting the environment" by using their towels several days. This amounts to emotional blackmail. It is furthermore very dubious because the hotel obviously saves on laundry costs if guests comply. The fact that each day free small plastic bottles of water and small plastic bottles of shower gel and shampoo are provided, also does not make the environmental protection claim very believable.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: location is amazing, beach like private, with few people. super clean water and good stuff. All speaking Russian language, which we like as we are from Kazakhstan:) hope to be here again
Cons: nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Right by the sea
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nicely located, exceptional view (ocean side). Very clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful rooftop.
Cons: Considering the hotel restaurant (the only one) is closed on Sunday evening AND Monday the whole day (!), the hotel ambiance is very strange. We felt something like in the middle of a famous HBO movie “...The End of the World...” :-)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant has limited offerings in terms of drinks. No breakfast alcohol drinks, (Bloody Mary, Mimosa, ect.). The view and location more than made up for it. There are plenty of places to eat. This hotel exceeded my expectations for a European (French) hotel. Very nice.
Cons: The bar was lacking significantly. Only whiskey no mixed drinks. Breakfast alcoholic drinks would be nice for American visitors who are used to having a starter in the morning while on vacation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic hotel. Fantastic staff who couldn't do enough for us during our stay. Brath-taking views from our balcony with the sea-view.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Service was fantastic and the food delicious. And the location can’t be beat. If available splurge for the sea view room, but if not the view from the restaurant and deck are fantastic. Quiet and assessable to other restaurants if you want to try a few others.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is great at approximate meters from the sea and the neighborhood (some suburb of Nice, I think) is OK as well.
Cons: The hotel is overused (meaning that is very busy in summer months) and because of that it needs more often maintenance. In this vacation we have stayed in three "four star" hotels on French and Italian Riviera plus Tuscany and this one was - by far - the lowest in terms of facilities provided that did not really seem to be on par with other four star levels. Perhaps the French stars are just smaller than the Italian ones :o)?
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice small boutique hotel right next to the beach Good breakfast Comfortable and clean rooms
7.5 Good
Pros: The location is beautiful, steps away from the water, and the outside furniture on the decks of the sea view rooms makes it easy to enjoy. The bathrooms and bedrooms were updated and well maintained. The staff was responsive and helpful.
Cons: The sea view rooms on the first level are all accessed by the same walkway, not individual balconies. The mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, shuttle service, very friendly and accommodating staff, assistance with dinner reservations, drinks and snacks at the pool, pool towels, abundance of sun beds, newspapers and magazines
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was extremely comfortable and agreeable. The style of the property was pleasing, the room we had was comfortable and clean and well appointed. The staff were terrific, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. All the staff we dealt with could speak English, even if we tried our French on them, but they did not make our efforts feel inadequate! The outside areas, including the outdoor lounges, the pool surrounds and grassy areas were extensive and were never busy - there was always space to relax. The pool is a good size, that allowed for serious swimming, if that is your thing. All in all, a terrific place to stay. Far enough out of town to provide a feeling of space, but close enough to St Paul-de-Vence and other towns to be convenient.
Cons: Nothing!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean good breakfast although expensive
Cons: A bit expensive I think it should of included breakfast for the price of the room rate!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very good. Shuttle service to the old town on a retro Citroen liked a lot.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: 18th century style Renovated and clean
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location, small boutique and fantastic staff throughout our stay... pool, room, jacuzzi!
Cons: Road outside could be busy and noisy at times. Breakfast was ok, if you paid for the ‘full-breakfast’ you will survive till dinner. The ‘light-breakfast’ was not really worth the €12.00 per person, for a few pastries, juice, coffee. Otherwise to eat this in the dining area was delightful!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Facilities were great
Cons: We sent two bags for laundry and recieved them dirty. Very disappointing. we are a family with a one year old, stayed for two nights and took the cleaned bags on the day of Checking out and only discovered clothes were not clean when we reached our next destination. We paid 120 euros for the laundry, thankfully gave us 50 percent discount on baby stuff. But clothes were not clean.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, lovely pool. Room was super.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness Looks Down to earth
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff are awesome and cannot do enough for you. The room was lovely and (room 9 ;-)) has a huge balcony with sun loungers. Breakfast quite expensive but good (comparable to places in town so might as well stay home).
Cons: A little bit of a trek up into town (we were there during the heatwave!). Also, only place to sit and socialise (other than on the sunbeds) is the breakfast room. To be fair, the wonderful staff didn't have a problem with us sitting there with our delivery pizza but felt a bit odd. Only other downside was lack of mirrors or dressing table in room so getting ready to go out is a battle for the steamed up mirror in the bathroom.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We were there to celebrate a wedding, the hotel staff looked after us wonderfully, thank you so much for everything. I loved the pool - I could stay in it all day - and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Interesting location, lots to see and do.
Cons: A little far from St Paul de Vence but that's not the hotel's fault!
7.5 Good
Pros: The beds were very comfy and bedrooms well decorated. It is quite cozy hotel. The staff is nice. There was a parking which is appreciated when you have a car
Cons: The hotel in not quite in the center, it is accessible by foot but quite dangerous as there is no sidewalk for pedestrians. You can still take your car and park in a parking in the village.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The view from the balcony in our room, which was on top floor of the building. The pool area was ok, but also a bit outdated för a 4 star hotel.
Cons: Main road traffic next to the premises was a bit disturbing if you consider the price of the room. Room extremely small and needs refurbishing, not 4 star quality, but 3. This also goes for the breakfast. No restaurant in the hotel and dangerous to walk and cross the main road leading to St Paul (a 20 minutes walk, not 10 and very dark). No safe in the room. sWe will not return to this hotel since standard to low in relation to price.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely, helpful staff, comfortable beds, charming room, spacious pool, close to old town!
Cons: Complimentary tea/ coffee would have been nice. Also, laundry bags and maybe shower walls would make their (already very nice) rooms even better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a gem of a place. A 10-15 walk uphill to the village of St Paul. Tranquil and restful hotel where nothing is too much bother for the staff. Pool area is very comfortable. Room (We had a standard) was clean with fresh towels everyday which we also used at the pool. I found the bed one if the best in any stay abroad. Will definitely be returning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Attentive staff, beautiful views, clean & spacious bedrooms with v.comfy beds, amazing breakfasts and lovely pool area
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully decorated room and bathroom. The layout of the hotel meant that each room overlooked the lovely pool area with views towards the coast. Room was extremely comfortable. Fantastic position being a 10 minute walk to St Paul De Vence. Staff were very helpful. We chose not to have breakfast in the hotel so can't comment on what was available.
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a very cosy apartment-hotel. Fully equipped. Very comfortable beds. Close to supermarket and the seaside. Very pleasant personnel.
Cons: Everything was fine. :-)
4.3 Okay
Pros: The staff was friendly and smiling. The bed was comfortable although smaller than it looks. The location is great , it is midway between valbonne and Nice, you need fifteen minutes to each
Cons: Broken and squeaky sofa/ there were ants coming into it. bed much smaller than it looks. No tissue paper no paper towels in the kitchen, coffee machine with no capsules, could have at east provided two per day. The photos are very different than the reality, very disappointing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well situated for all attractions
Cons: Prepayment well before arrival
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was our third time we have visited Villa Velvet. Always friendly staff (the same people we have met here four years ago), very clean. It's very convenient to get to Nice or Antibes, everywhere. We liked that the huge supermarket was in 5 minutes by walk and in 10 minutes the long promenade. Super job!
Cons: I just have mentioned that the part of the bed is a little bit damaged but it's just because of the material quality or how gasts use it I think.
6.3 Good
Pros: Not much I liked
Cons: I got the “garden” room when I arrived and it was horrible. It’s this sad apartment facing the back of the building with this little area in the back with an old chair. Not quite a garden. They were nice and switched us to a room with a balcony but still The apartment felt cold and made us all not even want to stay there. We were 3 people but only had 2 knives and 2 forks in the kitchen. I really didn’t like the place.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice terrace, nice appartment
Cons: Far from train station
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location, clean room and a friendly and helpful staff. We liked our stay at Villa Velvet very much. The place s close to the beach and restaurants, yet conveniently far from the main street and thus silent and quiet, enabling for a nice terrace breakfasts. Staff was very friendly and supportive, we received umbrellas and some extra beach stuff for free to enjoy the sun time. Building and rooms are clean and modern, cleaned every day. Each room has a fully equipped kitchen (the larger room had a washing maschine which was totally cool). Villeneuve-Loubet is a small town which looks as a typical summer seaside village, but once you discover the old village you will find it amazing. Also, it is very close to Nice, Moncao, Eze and also some fantastic cities like Saint Paul de Vence or Valbonne (totally recommended!). Overall, a very good location for a vacation stay!
Cons: We had two rooms, the smaller one had a great terrace for morning breakfasts or evening wine discussions. The larger was more comfortable due to size, but the two points potentially worth mentioning: there were a separate toilet room and a separate shower room (located at opposite parts of the apartment). This was ok, but in the toilet there were no sink to wash hands, so you need to go the shower room. Kinda weird design I must say. The other thing you should be aware is that the room located on ground zero at the back of the building is a bit dark - it has an own small garden patio but is a bit hidden from sun. Not a huge disadvantage but clearly visible as compared to front side rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location and cleanliness.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was excellent. A small studio but lovely and clean. The small kitchenette was well appointed with excellent oven and microwave - mind you we only used it to heat our morning croissants! The women at reception was very helpful and spoke excellent English, slightly better then my French. Supermarket and good restaurants nearby. We had.a car so getting to Nice was not.a problem but public transport was not quite so frequent as the location is outside the main Nice bus routes but there is a train station not far away. All in all an excellent place to stay.
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, Villa Velvet was in the perfect location. Our apartment was cleaned every day and the staff were very welcoming and friendly - their English was far better than our poor French! The apartment was very secure - we had our own key and a code to come and go at our leisure.
Cons: The room was a little small - we stayed in a studio apartment - but we did have 6 weeks worth of luggage with us!

Cons: Non
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, beautiful gardens and fantastic pool. Owners were brilliant too, friendly and had great art dotted around the place when we stayed.
Cons: Breakfast at 15 euro per person is a bit expensive, considering it’s only continental, and should be included in the price.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and relaxing with pleasant staff.
Cons: Not allowed own food or drink in room which was a pity.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well appointed. Clean and beautiful. Absolutely spot on service, friendly staff. Great Breakfasts Wonderful ambience should be listed as a 4 star property.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly, breakfast was a decent continental. The room was very charming, very cute, old fashioned and French, some lovely touches to it. Good shower location was great a 5-10 minute walk to town, The pool was great, overlooking the valley/ hills Their golden retriever dog was very well behaved and friendly Would stay again for sure.
6.8 Good
Pros: Good location , walking distance to St Paul. Nice pool. Breakfast ok. Good parking.
Cons: This, our third stay disappointed. Property a bit tired, desk slow to respond to requests, repairs not done and a limit on use of bar fridge ! No assistance with luggage on arrival... new management ? Also don't expect too much space in "junior suite".
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A fantastic hotel at a fantastic location. The hotel is a boutique hotel with absolutely charming features - few rooms with all amenities, great breakfast in a picturesque garden, great dinner service. The hotel owner and director is an Italian signora with great style and a perfect hostess. Truly one of the most unique places that we as frequent travellers - both for business as well as for personal reasons - have ever seen.
Cons: There is really nothing that was not perfect.
6.3 Good
Pros: I’ve stayed there before and it was beautiful - it’s as pretty as a picture and walking distance to St Paul de Vence. The new young man working there couldn’t be more helpful as was the gorgeous lady with dark curly hair - nothing was too much trouble for both of these staff members even though it appeared to me that they were restricted by the new manager.
Cons: We were in the two bedroom suite and the second bedroom got absolutely no cool air from the air conditioning . With a heatwave in France , we were unable to sleep in the second bedroom and lay awake in a pool of sweat and when we asked for a fan we were just told a flat NO - not good enough for the money we were paying. We have a right to a comfortable nights sleep and we barely slept. I was told there was room for a rollaway bed but there wasn’t really room at all and when my son arrived on night three we were terribly cramped. The new manager has signs everywhere saying no food or drink to be brought into hotel yet there is a fridge in our room which begs the question - what is it there for if not to put food and drink into. We had bought lovely wine and cheese with us and there was no way we weren’t going to drink/eat it, especially since the hotel had barely anything in the way of food offerings. I understand they make money from these things BUT we have done this in every hotel we’ve been to and at Le Hameau we felt we had to hide our food from the very grumpy manager - unfortunately they’ve lost me as a customer and I won’t be recommending them again
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely pool and grounds
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Instant ‘French Charm’ Homely ...certainly not ‘sophisticated ‘ But we loved it for our needs Pool was superb Staff were Lovely especially ‘Moona’ Pretty ..French room clean linen clean room super shower & a very pretty view Lovely

Pros: Very cozy and comfortable place in the center of the city. It’s very big flat with balcony and kitchen. Flat’ s owner is very helpful and friendly. We had a big room with bathroom. It was very clean. Near the house is parking. We were lucky to park the car for free. Maybe we’ll stay here again)
Cons: There weren’t condition. We slept with open windows, it was very noisy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Genevieve was so friendly and helpful. my French wasn't the best but she was so patient!! even when my flight was leaving at night she allowed me to keep key for the day -so appreciated that! she would sit around in the morning and have her freshly made coffee with us and made sure we had everything for the day! I slept so well for the 3 nights. You really had the French experience of living as the apartment was homely so central near transport, food and beach.
Cons: no signage outside to tell you of b&b so definitely make sure you confirm with Genevieve roughly what time you hope to arrive! But not a negative as so many positives!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect between train station and beach/old town. Very clean. Room was very spacious

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view, host, breakfast, the romantic cozy room, everything was top!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful private little spot in La Turbie with views over monaco and summer palace. The apartment itself has its own private driveway and entrance. Sophie, our host, was wonderful. She made a lovely breakfast which she served on the terrace and gave us directions to the apartment when we got a little lost due to the one way system. The room had everything you needed with a walk in closet! For our romantic weekend getaway it was perfect!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sophie was a wonderful hostess. She is so keen for you to enjoy your stay. The room has a fab view and even though you are attached to the house you are completely private with separate driveway and entrance. Breakfast was amazing every day. Great place for exploring the mountains, less than 5 mins into La Turbie, 40 mins walk to Monaco, steep climb back up but you can always catch the bus. The little touches throughout our stay made our holiday special. Pure delight!

5.8 Okay
Pros: Location is superb, wonderful interiors and decoration in public areas, Bellboys and concierge are very helpful.
Cons: Check-in disaster. I came in after midnight, didn’t get any help. Overpriced, awful breakfast.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved, loved the location and the overall vibe. The lunch restaurant and the bars - we went to both - were great. And the staff were great!
Cons: We had two rooms and one had an updated bathroom and the other didn't. Not really a problem because the one without the updated bathroom had a nice view!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is exceptional with an outstanding design and the staff take care of the guests. Well located and quiet.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Nice location. They changed my room when I was given an inappropriate room since I had my kid with me. The check in employee was very kind and helpful.
Cons: Check out took too long. Some Rooms need renovation. For a 5 star hotel Room service should be 24/7 or at least until 12am. But when we order at 11pm they said no we don’t have anything only pizza. The room service needed more staff to handle all the guests in this 5 star hotel. There was only one employee at night in room service. However the staff for room service during the day were incredible.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Super professional staff, really nice and large rooms. Very clean, quiet, with expected service in room
Cons: I missed some amenities in the room that you can find in those type of hotels usually: smart tv, speakers, etc... Breakfast only available from 7am which is a problem with early flights. You should be able to order in room earlier than that.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The eccentric decor and the grandure of the hotel.
Cons: The bathroom was in need of modernisation. Tiles that had been painted over and were flaking off - not attractive. The Friday barbecue was very disappointing. Tough meat and limited vegetables.
6.8 Good
Cons: The room was very tired and in serious need of decoration. Breakfast was a very poor event - clearly lack of staff and all sorts of mistakes that you'd never see in a 5-star hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ate breakfast outside the hotel
6.0 Good
Pros: Historic building, beautiful lobby
Cons: Rooms definitely need refurbishment
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location and the incredible artwork through the hotel makes it really special. We upgraded our room to a suite with sea views which was just amazing and the little extras and room service was great.
Cons: The breakfast was really average and let’s the place down especially when it’s an expensive hotel. Some of the staff in the breakfast area were just rude as well.
6.3 Good
Pros: The room was nicely refinished albeit the air con was not able to run very cold
Cons: The service in the rotonde restaurant was appalling for a 5 star hotel. Were kept waiting 16 minutes after we had the menus and wine list.. even the waiter D walked right by ... and this was at 7pm with the grand total of four tables occupied in the whole place ! No surprise then that we walked out and went to a restaurant down the street and had great service. Will not be returning
6.0 Good
Pros: The ambiance was nice- classic old style .The rooms were big and the view spectacular. Unfortunately the bath tub drain cover was not working so it required a nail file to remove the cover to drain the tub. This was repeated every day of our stay without the staff fixing it! The room was not cleaned on returning in the afternoon and we were told by reception that we had to call for cleaning !The wall tiles had black mould which Is really unacceptable in a hotel of this class.also, our room had chipped paint around doors and peeling wallpaper trim. All in all,This hotel needs revamping. On the plus side, the location is the best in Nice.
Cons: The staff were very poor in responding to complaints - no apologies ever.My room smelled of mould ,to discover next day that there was a furnace type room opening into my closet, which did not have a door.On complaining ,I was given an excuse instead of an apology. Also, after staying 3 days,I was stopped by a security doorman on entering the lobby ,to question me if I was staying at the hotel. Very very upsetting and again ,after telling him yes ,no apology. Good staff should know the guests and be carful before causing an embarrassing moment. The service at breakfast was very poor and the buffet layout difficult to manage due to the tightness of the restaurant.

Pros: Lovely host, beautiful room, excellent location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, very kind stuff, room is beautiful and well equipped.
Cons: Don’t like the lock and key of the room. Don’t feel safe but do have carema for security.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Superb location. Very pretty style. Very quite room (due to good sound-proof windows) though windows were overlooking the square.
Cons: Pillows were not very comfortable (too high and too firm to my taste). It would be better to provide two smaller (thinner and softer) pillows instead of one high and firm, so that guests can chose what they like and use either one or two, depending on preferences.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location right in the heart of Nice. Great service ! Unforgettable view !
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The place is very well located in the very heart of Nice and it offers variety of free beverages from soft drinks to wine and beer. The staff was also kind enough to help us with our luggage.
Cons: You have to arrive between 3pm to 6pm, otherwise they will charge you EUR 31 extra for arriving after 7pm. Also, the place does not offer free parking and you will have to find a parking lot near the hotel which is not very convenient if you have heavy luggage with you. Finally, the breakfast slip says the restaurant downstairs opens at 7:30am but the restaurant actually opens at 8am. We had a plane to catch so we just have eat the complimentary bread and cookies in our room.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: We were here just for a week. Hotel is located centrally right across from the beach. Rooms are very specious with luxuries beds. Dinner experience at the restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Just one small issue - we did not get city center view as the website promised. Balconies were facing each other with no privacy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything perfect
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice service as always in Hyatt, nice rooms. Separate toilet and bathroom in the room, what is perfect. Amazing location, right in the city center.
Cons: No front sea view in rooms. Many rooms have a view on other rooms what is not nice. So you always need to close curtains in the room.
7.5 Good
Pros: The concierge desk on the other hand were exceptional - helpful and so friendly! Vincent was on our watch and he cared for us with humour, great care and excellent knowledge of Nice There was also a lovely chap in the restaurant whose name I didn't get but he had great humour, was helpful and had the biggest and brightest smile!
Cons: The reception staff, without exception, were dreadful! Some were robotic, others plain rude and extremely unhelpful from checking in to checking out! The restaurant in the pool area should have been relaxing but the staff made us feel unwelcome and treated us as fools much of the time!
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Hotel badly needs renovation, carpets are not clean, furniture scrapped, some hardware is outdated. At the same token it is still very comfy and quiet.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location is great.
Cons: The check in was a mess. Paid up front yet the hotel still did a full account preauthorization on my card. Basically blocking facility on my credit card despite paying up front. Absolutely not cool. The “refund” took 10 days to reflect on my credit card. Not happy!!
