Pros: Beautiful, superbly comfortable , romantic. Dining was great. Proprietors were extremly nice and welcoming
Pros: We stay there for our first anniversary. The place was perfect!!! Comfortable bed, huge room, amazing breakfast...def. one of the best experiences we had at a B&B

Pros: The staff were friendly and went beyond expectations to help. The room was spacious with a separate seating area, fridge, microwave and large TV. Everything was clean and comfortable. My husband and son enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and I was happy to use the washer and dryer. The hotel is about a 5-minute drive from downtown St. Johnsbury and there was plenty to see and do. Every evening the hotel put out an assortment of fresh cookies. There is a little sundries shop on location if needed. The complementary breakfast included a nice assortment of hot and cold foods.
Cons: The chairs in the dining area are a bit large and difficult to maneuver around.
Pros: Clean, spacious, and very comfortable.
Cons: Wish they would ban all single use products such as plastic utensils.

Cons: Nothing much I could think of as a concern!

Pros: The cleanliness and update room.
Cons: There could have been a better coffee maker with plenty of coffee since the coffee shop did not open until 7:30am.

Pros: Nice hotel and location
Cons: Staff not very informative. The room was not clean as expected.
Pros: Bed was amazing, clean and a full kitchen like at home shower was so nice great water pressure fluffy towels
Cons: Parking seemed scarce
Pros: It's a quaint town, in a beautiful area. Came in for a wedding, and it was only minutes away. It was clean, and most of the staff was very nice (for instance the desk staff and the woman at the store. The lady making the coffee in the morning... not so much).
Cons: It was nice, but a bit pricey for what was offered. Most of the big stuff was fine... it was clean, felt safe, and it was in a noce location, but the little things were off. The shower was set up wrong, the hot was cold and the cold was hot. The artwork was mismatched and not well thought out. The coffee in the morning was terrible and we were charged for it. Oh, and the "king" bed, was two twins pushed together, so I spent most of the night in the gap. I get that you cater to skiers, but for the price, was a bit disappointing.
Pros: Clean and new and staff was terrific!! Bar food was tasty great beer on tap. POUTINE!!!!
Pros: Liked convenience of location.
Pros: Excellent room with a fantastic view. All went well from time of check-in to time of check-out. We will definitely be returning.

We ate our suppers there. There's a hill beyond that with another gazebo with a picnic table. Fire pit. We absolutely love the 2 adirondack chairs the owner placed up on the hill. The view from the chairs is amazing. We could've sat in those chairs for hours.

Pros: Thayers Inn was a nice short walk to Schilling Brewery, and not far from the Outdoor Store. The Inn is also located close to getting to the trails to hike the Presidential Range (~30 min).
Cons: Modified Bathroom in room was ok, but built as an afterthought, at least the room I had. I realize originally there were no bathrooms in these rooms, and they were added at a later date.

Cons: The breakfast room and the breakfast could have been better.
Pros: We loved being near the shops and river walk without having to drive everywhere.

Pros: Adorable, quaint and charming. Ideal for a downtown stay.
Pros: Unique and historic, good value, free breakfast, memorabilia
Cons: Wi-fi didn’t really work for us
Pros: Bed comfy and liked the historical nature of hotel. Quiet and clean.
Cons: Bedside table/ lamp not on both sides bed ( there were 2 in room). Opened window for fresh air but filthy sill. Bath towels were thin and motel quality. Such a disappointment for a hotel with such history. Breakfast- some fresh fruit would be good.
Pros: Location and outside terrace
Cons: The inn needs to be refurbished. The staircase is narrow and no one on the staff offers to help with luggage. The shower water was only warm after running for a long time. Wi-Fi didn't work. The breakfast needs to be improved. If the inn was refurbished I would consider returning but not until then
Pros: The location right on Main Street, walkable to shops and restaurants.
