Perfect location - close to metro and bus stop
Best location .
Lack of amenities.
Location was outstanding. Waking distance to many attractions and with good restaurants, 24 hour supermarket, pharmacy right next door. Metro station right in front of the main door.It was very easy to move around.
first of all I have to admit I made a rookie mistake when booking this room. I went by comments on blogs rather than doing my research. I was traveling with my family, including my 8 month old daughter. I booked as standard room, but it was tiny. Two adults, two bags, the crib for my daughter and the stroller made the room full to the point that we could not open the entrance door completely, as it would interfere with the stroller parked at the entrance of the room. furthermore, the hotel is located on the 3rd and 4th floor of an old building. There is an elevator )another tiny thing, barely could fit two adults and the stroller). Problem is that to access the front door you need to climb a flight of five steps. Once inside, another fifteen step flight to reach the elevator. It was a big hassle when going in and out of the hotel. Definitely not for a family with children! The breakfast was rated as fantastic by some reviewers, but honestly, it was just "ok" at best. It was a small corner with some breads, vegetables and fruits. quality was good, but variety was really limited. Finally the staff. first impression was really bad. They were not fluent in English. On the first few days I couldn´t see a smile. on the last day though they were more sympathetic and helpful. I still have mixed emotions on this one.... Overall it was not was I expected.
breakfast was delicious n a little bit different day by day. i was in big trouble bc i had my wallet stolen in the bus. the staff was very kind.
the hotel is by the street. so the noise at night is a little bit annoying.
The location is just perfect for those who want to see the city and its highlights. Personnel, all without any exception were very helpfull and friendly.
I cannot say that there were issues everything from the arrival untill the departure - taxi, reception, rooms, special requests, etc ... were fullfilled. Your personnel, mostly young people, did everything to satisfy our demands ans requests.
