Owner was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area and made excellent recommendations.
Both my wife and I felt very uncomfortable here. We booked for 2 nights only stayed one. As this is our first encounter with a bed and breakfast the guy who was running the place seamed too familiar from the get go. After traveling 6 hours I just wanted to get a shower and unpack. the 20 minute bombardment about the rules and his recommendations as to what to do in town (as only one restaurant had open reservations) not true. He tried to give us free desert at this place which made us feel like he was our options where severely limited. Then he showed us to our room which was so small that we had to step over our luggage. The shower looked dirty. The hole place was dusty and creepy. Not in a good way.
Very convenient to everything. Host was very nice and so helpful about what to see. Very familiar with town and surrounding areas. Great stay.
We didn't eat, had other plans for breakfast. The coffee was fantastic though. Our host was excellent, the location was perfect. It was quiet in the evening and the bed was wonderful.
The shower in the bathroom was pretty small. Not suitable for "big" guests, which we weren't, but could pose a problem if our host was full and had some larger people!
