Pros. I loved the reception as I was offered a glass of water at the bar while I checked in. Free luggage storage was also nice. The room has tea and a refrigerator. Room feels brand new and is very clean. I liked that they provided glass mugs for tea and a beer glass for the beer I bought from the supermarket.
Cons. The buses are a bit confusing and this hotel is not walkable distance from the train station. The room itself was nearly perfect. The only thing I think could be improved would be to add USB outlets as this is very handy for international guests. I wish I could have stayed all 3 nights at this hotel while I was in Salzburg, but the rates move around dramatically from night to night. This seems common. I saved about €100 by staying in a different hotel each night of my stay in Salzburg.
