Cons. Get Rid Of the roaches and have the rooms look like the pictures! HORRIBLE PLACE!
Pros. The room appeared to be recently painted, however you could tell that it had been a while since a good make over. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They offered a free breakfast and that's a plus. The Super * is fairly close to the AT&T center so getting back and forth was not a big issue.
Cons. The carpet was very worn and the thresholds were threadbare. The top hinge on the door to the bathroom was loose and the door would not close and latch. Some of the baseboard along the walls was loose and falling down. The room needed a good make over. You could tell they are trying to fix what is broken but its had some hard use. The breakfast times on the weekends could be extended, 9:00 am on a week end is easy to miss.
Pros. The bed was comfortable but only because we were exhausted
Cons. The heater did not come on/work-room was cold. It was a non smoking room that smelled like smoke. Secondary door lock was not on door and room was on the ground floor. Bathroom baseboards and under the bathroom sink were brown with dirt and dust buildup. Plugs were not reliable. Horrible room. Will never use this hotel again.
