It was clean and the bed was clean and comfortable.
Very dirty and dated hotel. Smelled of smoke and the upkeep was poor.
I liked the front desk clerk however the Security Guard let the people next door know we are complaining about their noise. So after he left they started banging on our door and of course we didn't open it very scary we walked into the building it smelled like a cigarette burning and then we get into our room and the smell was worse, 9 PM we went to bed blanket's sheets stunk like cigarettes it was awful and the noise was unbearable did not sleep at all left 5AM
This is not a 'resort' its a low level casino with very nice, clean rooms attached. If you have to spend a night between Santa Fe and Taos, this is the place to stay. The price is very reasonable compared to the Santa Claran
easy excess to casino, friendly employees, enjoyed our stay

The room and casino were easy to find. I like the place overall, however, we rented a room with two queen beds, but the beds appeared to be two double beds. The hotel appears to be in need of new carpeting, and the shower had paint that was pealing off of the ceiling.
The smell of smoke from cigarets in my room
I did not even stay at this hotel. They wanted to disarm me & that will never happen. The disarming guest policy.

It was very convenient to where we needed to be. The hallways and elevators were dirty. They wouldn't accommodate my request for adjoining rooms.
I liked the view from room on third floor and the room was clean and had all comforts. The casino and its buffets were a plus and if you got the casino card and had a point there was a discount. The casino had a smoke-free room and our room was too The elevators were dirty
Lovely ambiance... quietly elegant, spacious, with unique southwestern details (i.e., easily workable gas fireplace). Best beds of our entire trip. Wonderful hot water and bathroom appointments. Grounds were private, peaceful, lovely trees. Food was good, but service was quite slow and on one occasion, forgetful. Also, expensive. Coffee not nearly strong enough. We ate there once, then found other places.
Wonderful classy place. Ambience was inviting. Staff was first class. Already planning our next stay.
Extra charge for pets that was not refundable
Location and staff. The room the experience is magical. No.
The rooms have New Mexico architecture. Very spacious. Very comfortable with a gas lite fireplace. The Inn has it's own restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We only ate breakfast & dinner there but it was excellent. There wasn't anything I did not like.
Room was pleasant, Dining Room served good food and served it well. Eating outside was a plus. Everyone treated us like special guests. A bit pricey but it is easy to see with little competition why they are able to charge that high a price.
Spacious room. Enchanting setting. Housekeeping missed a long black hair caught in the hair dryer and a used piece of soap in the shower. Could have had another waste basket next to the desk/coffee maker area. There was also dog waste in the dormant flowerbed near the unloading area.
Great staff, wonderful rooms and a very nice restaurant.
Great location to explore the area Staff did not know how to give directions. It would be great if they offered clear and concise maps of area attractions
The rooms are cute. I liked the rustic charm and fireplace. I liked that there were cookies waiting for us. The front desk is not that friendly. The grounds were dissapointing. Beautiful trees and property that could be so much better if cared for and kept up better. A lot of potential for a really cute place. Food at cafe is good, it turns out
Everything! That my stay wasn't longer.
Huge room with two sitting areas; quaint, rustic; friendly staff.
Great family staff, friendly and very helpful. Treat everyone like family
Clean rooms and great breakfast.
Huge comfortable suites and nice hosts!
The rooms where spacious. Somewhat outdated but I was expecting that since it is not a national chain hotel. I loved the gardens and water fountain, you get the southwest feel. I recommend others to stay here. The sheets where not dirty but stained. On a side note do not go into Espinola CVS unless you are dressed up, if not you will be treated as if you are a criminal.
You overbooked at this place! We had to drive to Santa Fe to get a room on short notice and wound up paying way more than I ever expected, thank you! So I can't comment since we did not stay there! See above!
Simply enchanting, peaceful and beautiful
Very old hotel. Dirty lamp shade, carpet and shower curtain. Pillows were very old. Air conditioning too loud..and did not work well. Overall very dirty hotel!
the rooms not updated but had nice flat screen t.v's in there and also when we asked for more milk for the cereal it was a while before the attendant told us that the manager was on their way to bring it so breakfast wasn't to die for...so we didn't enjoy the stay....
the proximity to Santa Clara and the rooms size and comfort of the bed not adequate access to wireless in the rooms which created an issue due to my work load.
Large room and bathroom. Quiet despite being attached to a Casino (separate building). Walk-in shower with door, not a curtain.
Too much light comes thru the curtains
Needed an inexpensive room for a short rest - 9pm-2am that would meet my travel allowance. Check-in staff were very nice and had to work around their computer system being down. . Room was tidy. Direct TV worked fine No cup, shampoo, conditioner,
Nothing Did not have conditioner or shampoo, bed sheet were not changed
Not much. Cigarettes reeked. Poorly maintained. Late night fire alarm.
