Pros (+) Everything else was absolutely fantastic, the rooms were great. Our beds were amazingly comfortable. A million times over this experience was one to emerge as quite possibly the best ever. Knowledgeable staff, polite, concise, friendly, helpful, diligent, and more! This doesn’t happen, either the rooms or staff or food or amenities breaking down happens. Not today hailed this hotel!
