Good price relation. The location e is in the middle of car shops.Breakfast is a little limited for a 4 star hotel
We arrived by car. You can get to downtown Madrid by Metro in aprox. 50min. Good-value for 4* with breakfast. Breakfast isn't 4*, although it was adequate. We got a bit depressed, being in the uninteresting outskirts of Madrid.
Very friendly staff. Excellent accommodations for a very good price. New hotel, very clean. I highly recommend it. Hard to find
The room smelt of cigarette smoke
The room was quite clean. This was specifically about the hotel itself but about the location. We booked this hotel as we were attending a wedding that was outside of Madrid. It took almost three hours by train from the airport and we only found our way around because my friend speaks the language.
the hotel staff was very friendly Maybe they should put something to have breakfast...
Very nice kitchen - any dishes are given when you ask. Extremely helpful hotel staff. We had a very hard time finding it the first time - make sure you get an excellent map if unfamiliar with the area.
it was in the town centre and shops, cinema and swimming pool were all within walking distance. staff were friendly and helpful. it was quite a distance from parque warner where we were basing our holiday. taxi cost to the park varied between 20 and 35 euros. it is most unfortunate that there is not a taxi base in parla.
own kitchen facilities restaurant pricy
Everything was very good We found it very difficult to find as roads were not on our sat nav.
Conveiant location Small shower
very friendly none
The staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was adequate for three people. They accomodated three of us even though the booking was mixed up and only for two people.
No frills, value for money, menu del dia 9€ and adequate,(unfortunately the restaurante was closed Fri evening, but you can still eat in Bar), suited our purpose for visit to Madrid via Metro (Car park at La Poveda - 2.5Km away)
The retaurant was excellent value for money and the staff were pleasant and helpful
Nice staff, good breakfast the stay for one night on traveling through is o.k. but the surounding is not suitable for a longer stay (beside a gravel factory)
Food in restaurant good vale for money and very tasty
staff were very helpful and welcoming - the bar staff and bar service was excellent. The meals were of a good standard. We have re-booked for our return journey and would recommend this hotel. Not a single thing - we have already booked a further stay.
The Hotel was close to Madrid's airport and the price was right. Nearby town (north) was very nice with cranes in their nests all over! There was a first communion going on when we got there that lasted 6 hours with continual music with a reverberating disco beat. Fortunately, it quit by 8 p.m. The room was tight with 3 beds.
we liked everything for our transit purpose!! The breakfast in the bar/ cafeteria with local office workers etc, added interest for us thank you
Good overnight stop but bar and restaurant not officially open on saturday after 5pm but a member of staff did man the bar and made sandwiches.
big supermarket in 1 minute of walk, 5 min to underground, free drinks in refregirator the veiw from window to the opposite wall
Set in large shopping complex with loads of eateries, However, we dined in hotel restaurant each evening. Not only excellent value but great food and attentive service. 5 minutes from Carrascal tube into Madrid (one change required but quite simple). Room comfortable and well appointed. Parking sectioned off from the shoppers. Range of shops impressive if that is what you want,
The luxury room with balcony on the shopping-site and the hospitality of all the people of your hotel I made a reservation for a room for 4 days. At first we get roomnumber 111. This is a room without balcony and no vieuw at all! That is unacceptable for a 4-days stay. We made our complain at the ladys of the reception and they gave us roomnr. 135. That was an excellent room.
the location was great. it was near to shopping and high way to airport hotel staff were unpleasant.. never smiled and hard to approach
quiet, considering the location (public shopping mall) receptionist was unable to arrange for a taxi, in Madrid, in November - there were always plenty around
Hotel is above shopping centre with lots of restaurants for all budgets. There is also a fancy fountain display in the mall, which a lot of the restaurants look out onto. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from a train station that takes you into Madrid Atocha in about 10 minutes, and the Warner Bros park is about 25 minutes away (by car). The rooms are basic, but spacious enough for two adults and two young children. Free WiFi works well.
The Hotel is nice and is handy for shopping. The Hotel is too far from the City Centre to be used for a city break and the reception staff could be a little more customer focused.
near to shopping stores Staff was unpleasant.. unkind.. no smiles
Good value, clean and functional. Nothing
Made to feel very welcome None
Located about 15km from Madrid in a small and quiet town, very quiet neighborhood. Staff very nice, friendly and helpful.
We arrived in the middle of the night and were welcomed in the nicest way. Room service was cheap and efficient. The location of the hotel is in a dull town setting and it was easy to find parking.
Rooms were small but clean and confortable. Good bathroom. WIFI did not work in the ground floor.
Well refurbished, with large bedroom & excelent bathroom & underground parking facilities. no
Bedrooms are large and the staff we dealt with were excellent. We have stayed here before and the food was not good, this time it was awful. Ome of the things guests look forward to after a long car drive is a good meal in the evening, this is not available at this hotel. You have a very nice restaurant but this is always closed and one has to eat in the coffee shop which is small and one nealy suffocates with the cigarette smoke. We are aware of the economics of staff costs etc but we this item would make us think again about staying although we like the hotel.
kind welcome and v good communication with receptionists
Everything was really good. The staff was very helpful and very professional. It is a great value for your money. The restaurant is also very good. The metro to go to Madrid is in the next city. The hotel is not easy to find though, better google map it.
amiable hotel staff
The staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. The suite was very nice. The telephone in my room would not call out of the hotel. I reported it but it did not get repaired during my stay.
Location (near Warner Park) Front Office personel.
Surprised of poor breakfast quality (was in restaurant at 8:45!) practically nor more food and only one person to serve (no more clean dishes, only spanish speaking peronnel!!!) really deceived.Geeral confort: very good, big and clean rooms TV: have sone engish or french speaking channels Breakfast: more staff to help the only waiter and some english speaking one
nice suburb, shopping mall nearby, cosy comfortable rooms use of kitchenette cost EUR 30+ per day!!!! unbelievable. Parking and use of Wi-fi were expensive, too. Wi-fi not available in room, but in the corridors where there is little air condition.
The bed was comfortable and the room well appointed. There was NO HOT WATER. It was tepid. Therefore we were unable to have a bath or a hot shower. After travelling we only want a HOT bath, a COMFORTABLE bed and a QUIET room. We were allocated another room BUT although the water in that room was warmer it was still NOT WARM ENOUGH for us to have a comfortable bath. An engineer was called out to no avail. Water was still cool in the morning!!
The price was absolutely great in compare with the level of hotel. We expected something nice but the reality was better than our expectation. In standart room we had living room and bedroom, bathroom was large and everything was very comfortable. Personal was very helpful. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. No
No place to smoke Non smoking hotel
No noice, big room, big bad, big TV... No hot water (max 40C') No internet if you have no laptop.
great hostal, very clean, nothing for fun; very hard to reach unless by car; no free breakfast;
For the price of the room it was clean and suitable for an overnite stay on our way to Madrid airport There wasn't anyone at desk when we were to check in. No notes, etc. we had to walk around outside and find a maid to assist us. Also they said they provided a continental breakfast and internet service - no one seemed to know anything about this advertising on your web page.
It was cheap and clean. Informations about wb Park and how to go there.
the beds are huge and comfortable!!! no-one spoke english
We were travelling with our two dogs & found your hotel to be ideal. Your staff were extremely pleasant & helpful. We would certainly recommend it to our friends & would be very happy to stay again should we be close to Madrid.
The bath-room design. The smell of cigarettes in non-smoking room was way too strong.
Very pleasant room with good facilities Breakfast although cheap was disappointing in quality and choice
Expensive for what it is - but ok for an overnight stop
The staff where very friendly and helpful, booked for 2 nights and stayed 14, very peaceful location and hotel, easy access to transport systems
closed car parking (no need to get all the bags out of the car), decent rooms, decent breakfast Staff only speaks spanish (no english, no french, no german).
its location, near Madrid and nice little town to walk around in. Nice friendly receptionist no
Clean room, good tv and air-con
Large and airy Breakfast buffet not worth the money.
Close to shops and restaurants. the room was kept spotless the smell of toilets in the reception
Close to the main A4-E5 road south of Madrid. Good sized rooms. Helpful English speaking reception staff. Just little things like the knob on the shower diverter tap wasn't connected to the spindle, which created an unnecessary difficulty in taking a shower. We can never use the remote locking on our car because the frequency is jammed - probably by the nearby police station.
High room temperature and refrigerating system not functional.
Clean, comfortable, nicely located. Room was close to reception and quite some noise from the corridor and the reception (phone!) could be heard.
Good location, parking outside, rooms adequate but not overwhelming in any way. Places to eat walking distance. booked non smoking room and though marked as non smoking stank of smoke.
Handicapped Accessible, comfortable & clean and good location
Once I'd found it, it was OK It was too hot and short of opening the skyight fully I had trouble bringing the temparature down during the night. The paperwork I had gave the address as Egido Don Manuel and address as Principe, 71. I came by public transport and, mistakenly walked from the station. It took me an hour to find the hotel. I don't speak Spanish. I kept asking for Egido Don Manuel (thinking Egido was another word for hotel) and getting blank looks and for Principe,71 and getting the same. When I finally arrived on Calle de Principe there were few numbers and when I arrived at number 71 I found it was called Hotel Don Manuel. Branding gone mad. I suggest you give the name as Hotel Don Manuel and the address as Calle de Principe, 71 to aid those of us with limited Spanish. Improved signage inthetownwould help too.
The room was a little too warm and I could not adjust the temperature.
It was clean and just as described. The problem that we had with the toilet flush was fixed straight away.
Easy walk to main centre, the Palacio & the gardens. No. It is in a good location & on street parking outside. This facility not flagged in the hotel info though.
modern hotel. Excelent relation quality/price
Free mini bar, free internet, great spa, absolutely no complaints You market this as a 4 star, but it is officially registered as a 3 Star (even though it probably deserves 4), so my complaint is with you rather than with the hotel
the service, like the free minibar. the breakfast was not included and it cost 9 euros. anyway, its a good breakfast.
decoration, style, comfort, restaurant food and service.
cleanliness of hotel.immaculate. very few english speaking staff
We choose this hotel because the location is excellent for us. This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel, the two times before have been excellent, however this stay was not so good, we were charged an extra 25euros for an extra bed for a child, which we did not mind but the bathroom had only 2 small hand towels and we had only 2 pillows in the room between four of us, luckily we had brought our own. The hotel staff were quite unfriendly and did not seem to be very child friendly. I do not think that I will stay again.
new hotel /convenient for a business trip in the area / quiet also / very good in general I was given a large room but which was smelling tobacco. I asked for a new one and was given a ...much smaller one...kind of punishment as the hotel seemed far away to be full....at the restarant also empty when I arrived because I was alone I was given a single table ...the closest to the kithen entrance...
the details... price ....
Have stayed before and like the location, room & facilities for a convenient overnight stop while travelling between Southern Spain and the UK
The Weather There was no Bar open until 20:30hrs. had to go out to get something to drink. Dining room only opened at 20:30
Nothing The staff are distance, no food available, no room service, no Gideon Bible in room, no tea/coffee in room
Quiet, clean, close to train/metro
The weekend rate is very good value for a good room and good service
poor layout of the reception, limited availability of sauna
The modern, simple elegant furnishings and fittings. Quiet location yet convenient for station and Carrefour. The staff all of whom were friendly, helpful and professional. Not being able to get a coffee before 7am. The bar area was not really conducive to enjoying a drink, being just an extension of the reception space.
The Restaurant The smell of drains in the Bathroom
Handy, quiet location south of Madrid at a good price. Hotel easy to use for wheelchair guests. We have enjoyed two overnight stops at the hotel but on both occassions there has been an unpleasant smell in the bathroom of the disable friendly room that we use. Other rooms may be fine!
Restaurant, rooms, public areas a very noisy Hotel bar, dominated by "non residents".
Modern quiet easy to get to No non smoking areas, including the restaurant
Inexpensive 4-star hotel with good restaurant. Location was too far from major tourist sights.
smoking at the reception area.
Dinner and Lunch, Room
Room, breakfast and service. Location - slightly far from the attractions.
Its location for visiting Aranjuez and Toledo. Also nice rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast served in the cafeteria. It was smokey from cigarettes and noisey from the workmen who came in for breakfast.
Good, modern hotel with friendly staff. The nearby village has little to offer but the hotel is centrally placed for exploring the area
Hotel is modern with nicely designed rooms. Great location for Warner Bros park and easy commute to Madrid by car. Large shopping complex 5 minutes drive. If you don't have a car this is not a place you would want to stay.
The staff, the silence and comfort. the restaurant with a good ratio price/quality The cleanliness could be improved in the rooms
Ease of access. Breakfast buffet was inconsistently maintained.
Rooms are ok Restaurant service is terrible, food is even worse.
Overall it's a very good hotel, very clean spacious, well equiped rooms. Downside is the location, if you got a car then it's worth staying otherwise it's too far from everything especially from centre Madrid.
the silence and the location
clean, bed was comfy. We booked here thinking we were getting a good deal compared to the last time we stayed in Getafe but it kind of wasn't. When it comes to basics, yes they were good but based on the little extras I wouldn't stay there again. We could never get the AC to work in the room and when we opened the window, the outside traffic was too loud to keep it open for long. We had a fridge in the room but no minibar to purchase. And that usually wouldn't bother me but we were so thirsty in the middle of the night and I had to go down to the lobby to ask if they had anything available. I put the do not disturb sign on the door before we left for the day and when we returned, the maid had entered and cleaned everything. Again, appreciated but we had left our stuff everywhere and what's the point of putting that on the door then. There was no safe in the room. Also, not close to any means of transportation. You'd have to take a bus or taxi to get you to the closest metro or train station which isn't within walking distance.
Perfect hotel if you are a business traveler with appointments in the getafe area.
Its location suited me well for visiting the Airbus site (courtesy bus was provided and only a 20 minutes walk if wished). The building was new, modern and clean. The WiFi was effective, fast and free. Some TV channels were available in English and reception was good. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. The aircon in the room did not work. When asked for the instructions I was told it only heated anyway (would have not been good for a Spanish summer). I found the room too hot when I returned, and opening the window did not help much. The hotel lacked character and although built in 2009 there seemed lots of minor things were showing signs of wear - I therefore think the quality of build was not very good.
very comfortable room excellent bathroom facities and very cleen good parking facilities although we were very comfortable other guests were very inconsiderate and rather noise having loud conversations in the hallways.language battier in hotel was quite hard and no allowance for vegetarian diets
The location of the hotel was right outside the Palace, shame about the residential building right next door that was covered in graffiti - we couldn't get our vehicles into their underground carpark as we have land rovers so we had no choice to use the on street carparking - which there was spaces to do but the area made us a bit cautious. To be fair nothing happened to the vehicles so all was well. A short walk away was town where we could get food and drinks, unfortunately the hotel restaurant was shut for the entire month of August so that was a bummer but its short term. Hotel was really gorgeous and I would stay there again though.
good location to amenities, had secure underground parking although very expensive, only stayed the one night as was travelling through. when we booked on the site it said only 3 rooms remaining but hotel was empty, no bar open, also outside across the square there is a resturant called Godoy that is very nice unless you have the specials offered by the waiter, we did and they charged us 168 euros for a starter.
No breakfast before 7am.
Very good location a short walk from the station and just across a square from the Palacio and gardens. Central and close to restaurants etc. If we had known how much there was to see in Aranjuez we would have stayed for two nights rather than one. Totally recommend.
Great location, in front on the castle. Very big rooms. Good price.
Very efficient and noiseless air-condition - very good. Rooms are very comfortable and give a quite spacious impression because they spot ultra high ceilings of around 4 meters. A 4 star house like these, especially if situated in Spain, should have a pool.
Beautiful hotel & room - everything absolutely impeccable
Car parking costs extra!
Excellent position, comfortable room, good breakfast, helpful staff Limited facilities due to refurbishment of dining room - a sense that this hotel did not offer such good value as others we expereinced
Staff welcome very professional. Room was excellent. Service overall was first class. Breakfast buffet was one of the best we have experienced. Hotel parking costs were expensive and unkown to us there was free parking available around the Hotel area.
