Our room was recently remodeled. Nice wood floors, bed was very comfortable. Plenty of room for the two of us. The staff was very accommodating, any question or need we had was quickly addressed. The hotel itself was very clean and centrally located in the city of Graz. There is a cafe, restaurant, gift shop and wine shop within the hotel, we used most of these services and were very pleased with the food, gift shop and the service we received. The hotel offered free internet, there is a hair dryer in the room as well as bottles of shower and hair gel, their own brand. Very nice touch. Also, a workout room and sauna is available, although we did not have time to use either of these services.
