The villa is a quaint three bedroom two bathroom villa. It is located three minutes from the main town of Santa Cruz. The neighbours are kind and courteous and we all know each other by name. Santa Cruz is a market village that is nestled at the foothills of the Santa Cruz mountains. It has retained its Spanish name which means Saint Cross or Holy Cross. We are 20 minutes from YS Falls, 25 minutes from Appleton Rum Tour, 25 minutes from the Black River Safari, 30 minutes from Lover's Leap, 10 minutes from the infamous Bamboo Avenue, 45 minutes from the maroon village of Accompong Town, 30 minutes from Jacksprat seafood restaurant, 3 minutes from Jabba's fish village and 40 minutes from one of the last habitats for manatees, Milk River. You can enjoy the verdant, lush country side of Jamaica. Bird watchers will be enthralled in their element eyeballing Jamaica's indigenous birds in their natural habitat. Guests can also enjoy the views of seaside homes on their boat ride to the Pelican Bar, just on the outskirts of the historic seaside town of Black River, the capital of the Parish of St. Elizabeth. Historically, Black River is the first town to be lit by electricity in 1893 even before New York City. It was also the first town to have cars in 1903 and telephone 10 years after it was invented.
