Very well located; awesome views, wonderful garden, small authentic village (life). Infinity pool and breakfast area fantastic nothing to complain about
Everything... the hotel was beautiful. The infinity pool with amazing views over the islands was an added bonus. The customer care was excellent and the room was really comfortable.
The hotel has a beautiful outlook over the bay at Malfa and a splendid, but cold, swimming pool. The staff were friendly and spoke a little English and the other guests were sufficiently multilingual that people helped each other out. Probably not very good for people with disabilities as the general area is very hilly and apart from the hotel car park (which is down a steep hill) parking is difficult. However there is a bus survice around the island which seemed efficient.
Very friendly staff, beautiful surroundings and excellent facilities
Beautifully situated small family-run hotel. Friendly atmosphere and very relaxing. Splendid view of the Mediterranean and the sparkling Stromboli Volcano at night.
I loved Hotel Ravesi! The rooms are very comfortable and the outdoor/pool area is stunning. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. Great breakfast too. Definitely the best place to stay on Salina
Excellent renovated small family hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Great view to stromboli and lovely swimming pool and terrace. Very good lunch menu and wine bar. Please write at least 15 words
Fantastic setting in a vineyard with views of Panarea and Stromboli. Beautiful pool and restaurant. Lovely rooms.
1. incredible settings 2. Very good restaurant 3.Style and Decor 4. Swimmingpool 1. No access to beach 2. for this category of hotel, it lacks of a lot feature: no spa, no shuttle service in the island 3. breakfast could be definitely improved
The attentive and friendly staff, the understated luxury, the great food and wine and the location with the view over Panarea and Stromboli.
Excellent level of service and quality food. Price high (E.G. gin & tonic cost around 12 Euor)
Beautiful, away from it all rustic location. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Fantastic views.
Peace, wonderful views from room, terrace and restaurant, great ambiance,
room facilities no
The atmosphere. To expensive.
The Quality of the service and the excellent food.
Wonderful experience with great food - if you want to step off and truly relax, there's nothing better
Friendliness of staff, stunning views, relaxed atmosphere and terrific evening meals!
The infinity pool has the most amazing view and our room was very comfortable and stylishly decorated. The restaurant had a very interesting menu and the terrace makes a perfect place to enjoy breakfast with the stunning views across to Stromboli.
Location, nice modern clean rooms with lots of space and nice view, their two male staff were excellent and very polite, excellent staff rating here.
Great location. It is in a secluded spot outside town. Great view of the water. Staff was really good. They were very attebtive.
Great location and staff were very helpful.
Very special place! Great location and perfectly spacious accomodations. Ideal for relaxing vaccation. Staff are honest, young, very discreet, extremely helpfull and friendly, but don't expect them to try to be your best friends or please you with fake smiles common in large chain hotels. A bit more attention to detail and maintainance, with slightly better TLC this place could be exceptional! The restaurant menu and quality vs. price ratio is weak and the only truly negative aspect of my experience with Santa Isabel.
The view. The pool. The design/architecture of the hotel. The cleaning staff was great and did more than expected. The little extras they left in our room like the chocolate, loofas, slippers etc. The owner and his wife were very helpful and friendly. Overpriced.
Setting was spectacular, hotel was beautifully situated high on a hill, looking down to the sea. The staff and proprietors were extremely warm and friendly. The only thing really lacking, and in the context of everything, it is not important - the beds were typical, thin mattresses, and spare. If I were going to change anything, it would be to have more luxurious beds to go along with the rest of this wonderful place.
Position, superbly trained staff, always available to accomodate every wish one might have, spacious comfortable rooms, all of them (which is unique!) with a gorgeous view, an absolutely incredibly good breakfast, and the ease and luxury of having its own restaurant. What more could one wish for?
