So. Everything is too close from there. Baquedano metro station is near the hotel. ( Linea 1 . , main linea. Bellavista neighborhood is a cross the avenue, history center is walkable, Cerro de Sta lucia y San Cristobal equally is close from the hotel.
Pros. What a great find! Our rooms were comfortable and nicely remodeled; the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive (especially Claudio at the desk); the restaurant breakfast was delicious; and the location couldn't be better. I'll definitely stay there again.
Cons. The shower in my friend's room took a long, long time to drain, so he had 1-2cm of standing water all over the bathroom floor when he finished bathing. The staff responded right away, and they did their best to fix it, but they were unsuccessful. Hopefully they can get that taken care of soon, because that was the only problem we experienced.
Pros. They were very helpful and accommodating, helping to arrange outings and tours and hooked me up with an excellent taxi driver that I could count on to be on time and to charge fairly. When I sprained my ankle they made sure I had ice and assisted me as needed. It is a wonderful facility, with a great roof top restaurant view. Of the 40+ accommodations I have stayed at tin the last 4 months from Cuba, to Iceland to New Zealand to China to Fiji, this has been the most creative, and has had the best English as a second language speakers
Cons. The room card kept on malfunctioning, which caused me to have to go back and forth to reception on a sprained leg, which was painful. But, this is a problem I am sure they will sort out.
