Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for those visiting the US Embassy or with specific travel purposes. However, many were dissatisfied with the service, citing unhelpful or unfriendly staff. Breakfast was a frequent point of criticism, with complaints about its quality, timing, and availability. Bed comfort was also an issue for several guests, who found the beds uncomfortable or unclean. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements are needed in service, breakfast, and room comfort.AI-Generated from customer reviews
