Cons: Some were a bit particular about the light/doors in my room. Further away from the city center of SP.

Cons: Breakfast could have been nicer with bread, cake didn't really feel like breakfast and was not filling enough.

Pros: Host very lovely. Bedroom comfortable and bathroom very clean. Good wifi. Lounge area very sociable.
Cons: Couldn't find the place as there is no signage and it is buzzer entry only. Breakfast offer was very poor. Kitchen was not clean and too many people to use the kitchen effectively.
Cons: Staff was watching a movie until after 2 am. Could be heard from the rooms. Room didn't smell very fresh.
