What are the pros of staying at ibis Sao Paulo Ibirapuera?
Clean room, nice hotel, friendly staff. The staff was great (polite and helpful)! a great value for money! The staff is well trained and knowledgeable. Location is good and safe. Atendeu as expectativas. Great location. Prime spot in São Paulo and very close to the domestic airport (about 20 minutes by car). Great food, location and cost. clean and organized. staffs are helpful and friendly. lots of good restaurants around. Breakfast is good, but for vegans not much of a variety, such as jam, or peanut butter (maybe I missed that). Convenient location and pretty clean. Staff was really friendly and helpfull, very clean and comfortable room. Very good, many options. THe staff was very kind. location was good!!! The staff is super friendly and efficient. Food in the restaurant is ok and in the barr quite nice, but takes too long and most of it is not available. Almost everything except that there was no Electric Kettle + Tea Bags in the room. bathroom was new with good facilities. Great hotel for short business trips in Sao Paulo, great value for money. Very pleasant and professional staff. Most of the staff were very kind and accommodating. I speak very little Portuguese and had no issues at all communicated with fluent or some understanding of English. The cleaning ladies were pleasant as well. I enjoyed my stay and we recommend to others. Great staf. The hotel is centrally located which really helps. The staff are very professionally, always willing to help and assist. If can't go wrong with the staff and facilities. The location, despite noisy, is good. It’s close to the financial center and to the Ibiraquera Park. Staff is gentle. Excellent location, across the street from a mall. Location is good and the room is comfortable. good location, great shower.
What are the cons of staying at ibis Sao Paulo Ibirapuera?
Cost and benefit didn't really match. The room was dirty, there was dust. The room was good, however the shower was terrible. The internet is really bad sometimes. It jumps from ok to bad... It should be checked out. And the water in the restaurant is tooooo expensive. I usually go across the street at the tank station to buy me some bootles. No public areas, small rooms. It doesn’t have gym. Too small room and almost no equipments. Very expensive for the service it provides. The food is not good neither the restaurant where breakfast is served. It doesn't seem clean, it's smelly and the décor is really weird. Mattress was hard and thin; sheets were moving all the time. Staff very slow for check in and check out. Our bedroom was very small to fit both of our bags (2 × 23Kg suitcases), so we were always tripping jber our luggage trying to move around the bedroom. Small room, moldy shower, no hand towels, noisy AC, check in took forever even though I had filled everyone online already. The room is very small. I traveled with my partner and we brought 2 large suitcases (we live abroad and are spending 1 month in Brazil). It was difficult to fit both of our bags in the room and to move around freely without tripping over them. But everything else was fine. It was a terrible experience... nothing good to write about here. the room we stayed was front to a construction and the room was dark. without any toothpaste. shower gel. water has to be purchased downstairs at a high price… very small room. Tiny Room! First, its two-twin bedroom is extremely small A tiny room! The beds do not even have mattresses but more like a pad. Yes! a mattress pad, not a real mattress. I'll definitely not book this one again. There is just not enough space for two people. to wait in line for 1 hour to have the checkin done. the hotel is very simple, only to sleep and eat. there is no facilities. The hotel restaurant is terrible. the bed is very uncomfortable. the television were not smart tv so i wasn't able to watch anything during my stay. Bet was not comfortable! The cleaners os not good. The room is made up every three nights. The external windows are so dirty that you can barely see outside. Íbis is cheap, well located super clean but the drywall walls is a problem, you can hear everything. I couldn’t sleep at all because in one side room someone was snoring and the other watched the tv until 5AM. Cleaning was definitely not good. There were old socks, food and even coins under the side bed. The first room that we got also had a problem with the drain, the water from the shower was not draining properly.
What are the dining options at ibis Sao Paulo Ibirapuera?
The breakfast option has enough choices to select. The food at dinner was also great! Breakfast is good, but for vegans not much of a variety, such as jam, or peanut butter (maybe I missed that). Great food, location and cost. The hotel restaurant is terrible.
