Pre-book breakfast costs $10 with poor options. If you want to select something else on the menu they give you only a credit of $5. Not worth it.
Breakfast was ok, facilities were good.
I detest the fact that an additional $50 hold was placed on my credit card without any knowledge to me. This was not mentioned when booking, during check-in, at checkout or on the receipt. I had to see my credit card status using online booking to see this. If i was in a financial crunch & needed that money to do something else at the same time, i would be stumped as to what is happening, not knowing that there is an unmentioned $50 being held on my card. This is highly inappropriate. I would really like this matter to be addressed. Holding the funds is not the problem, it is sneakily doing it without knowledge to the card holder is the problem
has a free shuttle for guests to use, comfortable bed
well laid out clean . friendly helpful staff
paying for parking as well as paying for room not cool. Had I known I had to pay to park there I would have parked on the street. seems like captive money making.
I was able to hear the neighbours talking and all the conversations in the hallways.
