Pros: "The flight from EWR to MSP was extremely quiet. No loud engine noises."
Cons: "We were vert disappointed at the Newark Airport - the Delta Club was closed and there had been no notification prior to arriving at the airport. I certainly missed that early morning coffee."

Cons: "Th plain boarding took much longer, we flew in circles above JFK, waited for a gate for us, then waited for all passengers with connecting flights to get off because we were late and that resulted in a VERY long process for the rest of us. The descent into the airport was also not the smoothest, but it was a smaller plane."

The plane was very warm and stuffy, overhead air jet running very weakly: disconcerting when Covid is still a real concern. ie: fresh air would be nice. On arrival, a 15 minute wait once the plane was stopped at the gate before the door was opened to let passengers leave. Then a 50 minute wait for luggage.
Only issue was noise, but that was two women talking very loudly and even head phones didn't drown out. No issue with airline other than being late.

I left my Anker battery pack on my flight from IAD to YUL. I didn't notice until I had gotten to the international gate for my connecting flight. Not only did the gate representative go out of his way to contact United to find it, he also helped me get back throught security, so I could get to the United counter and pick it up. Stellar service from Air Canada!
The flight was delayed. They assigned us a direct flight instead, We are very happy with the changes!
Rouge planes are always packed. Despite paying for the more room seat, it was incredibly cramped and uncomfortable to endure for a 3 hour plus flight.
My flight was delayed, cancelled and delayed again. I lost one complete day in Japan, a very needed vacation. My schedule / itinerary in Japan is now all screwed up. It will take more time and cost to resolve this. So, am I happy with Air Canada; NO!

I paid for priority but my flight was delayed. They rebooked my flight to other airline. I got an economy seat. Total waste.
My trip was good with no waiting time and it was on time flight. Overall it was no hassle during the flight interning airport to board and coming out from the arrival airport.

Cons: "Security was overzealous. I didn't know the standards changed for how many ounces you could carry over three days. The normal ounces of liquid was no more than 4.0 ounces. I had no problem going through security with that amount of spray deodorant flying from IAW, Dulles. DFW airport security says the limit is no more than 3.4 ounces. So they kept my harmless deodorant. I need TSA to get on the same sheet of music worldwide. People don't have time or money to waste having to deal with different TSA standards everywhere they go."
Cons: "I booked my flight months in advance and paid for the leg room in the emergency row. I get a smaller plane and cramp seating. Wasn't sure why this happened and why I wasn't compensated for what I was charged for. Wondering if I need to change my regular air carrier now. I don't like small planes!"

Cons: "The woman when boarding the plane in Chicago was very rude. Crew is not friendly! We received one glass of soda, they do not give you the whole can and one small snack. In Delta they give you the whole can and they give you 3 snacks. If I have a choice I will not fly United again."

Cons: "I fully understand that weather and accompanying delays are unpredictable at best. But to be updated every 30 minutes over what turned into a 3 hour wait was frustrating. I appreciated the updates, but I could have done lots of fun things if I'd known the time would end up being 3 hours. Maybe you could work on the accuracy of your delays and how long it will really take. The flight attendants seemed as though they didn't even want to be there."
