We had a two hour delay in SL but to me the crew was so communicative and descriptive that it made it not a big deal. It was about safety first and I'd rather be way delayed than have a major issue during a flight. Also they automatically booked us on the next flight at our connection due to missing our connection flight. Everything went smoothly it was amazing. We are very pleased with our flights.

The woman in seat 1A was allowed to bring a dachshund dog onboard. It smelled terrible and the odor wafted throughout the first class cabin. This was clearly not a service dog and should be prohibited. I paid for the highest class of service, and this was a disservice. Why is Delta allowing this? I may reconsider my future flight choices.

Wifi did not work and they only served water, coffee, or tea.

The plane was very warm upon entering. This was a bigger problem as the weather was cold so people were dressed accordingly.

The crew was very polite as I have a few handicaps and everything was made pleasant. Check-in was easy as I was brought on board by the wheelchair assistant. One flight attendant did make sure my personal item was carefully stored under the seat in front of me. I was made to feel welcome as a customer as I made my first trip with a few disabilities. Entertainment and wifi worked quite well. The only food service were snacks and drinks. Those were okay. Overall it was a very smooth flight and encouraged me to use Delta again.

Only one side of the heafphone jack work. Crew was friendly and helpful.

Typical flying experience in the US. Nothing particularly good or bad.

The big lady was sitting right next to me and the button to recline my seat was blocked by her huge arm. No power outlet for chargers. No inflight Wi-Fi movies

Trip was uneventful which is good. Boarding took a long time due to many disabled/elderly requiring assistance which again is fine. Landing and take off were excellent. Food and entertainment were as expected, bring your own if you have preferences otherwise you get what you get.

The premium did not live up to expectations. The seats were tight and looked like there was no more room at the rear of the plane for seating then at the front of the plane. Instructions were not provided for entertainment. It was difficult to get the app. The app is not user-friendly. It requires too many inputs by the consumer to get to the correct page.

No issues at all! Seats are small with very little leg room but it's what you expect from a low budget airline. I would definitely use them again.

The flight was on time - which is good. But pretty much every other aspect of the experience was bad. They charged 55$ for a carry on bag!

I liked absolutely NOTHING, Westjet is the worst airline in the world, they should be ashamed, they treated me like dirt, let's put it this way, I am truly pissed off. If anyone cares about my experience someone should call me so I can tell how bad my experience was, what a shame

We were forced to check in our carryon and were given a green label that said to pick it up when exiting the airplane. We were told by the flight attendant to pick it up at the carrousel instead. We spent more than 40 minutes looking for the carryon which appeared at the wrong carrousel. There was no agent at the united desk for help. There was no entertainment.

Air Canada seats do not have much room compared to other airlines I’ve traveled with. Also, the lack of free WiFi is a negative. All airlines need to be better about this.

i know it's complimentary - but they didn't have enough snack for all the passengers. there was no entertainment or available WiFi

I'm 75 years old man and I was given the seat right in the back of the plane. There was no one sitting behind me. And I booked the ticket more than one month ago. I was given the seat number on the last half an hour before flight. I wonder how this happened. I was not able to stretch the seat. The whole flight I was sitting tight. Please don't treat the seniors like that. I hope you will consider this suggestion and treat your seniors little better.

Confusing with Air Canada and United flight, it was a hell, no help, rude people there, stressful environment

Very poor.!!! They cancelled our flight and rebooked us with very little time to catch the flight. Our luggage was lost. As of now we do not have it yet. No clothes to change on the second day of vacation.

it was good but would be better if there were more clear directions as to how to clear or circumvent customs in Montreal.

The check in and boarding was handled well. The crew were pleasant. Our seats did not recline which we didn't realize so impossible to sleep on the night flight. There was no complimentary food offered on our 6 hour flight from Honolulu to Vancouver except garlic pretzels and a cookie! We were expecting at least one meal which was very disappointing.

The mid flight snack could have been more substantial than tiny bag of pretzels.
