Cons (-) No real complaints. Maybe COVID restrictions but not their fault. This hotel was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. GREAT staff. Very friendly and accommodating. We will be back!

Pros (+) The location was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place highly for business or pleasure.
Pros (+) Is a nice classic hotel with history with large amount of stories, has a lot of caratehtere , nice staff, bar, restaurante and concierge, best location in town ,
Cons (-) So noisy that at 7 you are up impossible to sleep beyond that time, terrible breakfast, no minibar and the bathroom very nice but if you have not worked at the circle du soleili impossible to have a shower or climb in to the bath.
Pros (+) I loved the hospitality & very clean, comfortable rooms, as well as the daily breakfast & wine/cheese reception. And great location.
Cons (-) No gym or swimming pool.
Pros (+) The staff was incredibly helpful and personable. The decor was beautiful and we loved our room (although I will try for room 421 next visit).
Cons (-) The housekeeper assigned to our room did not do a great job. When we arrived our floors were not well swept and she left an empty drink cup on the night stand.
