Pros: Amazing hospitality by the owners- they even met us by the ferry in the middle of the night (!). Such lovely and friendly people. Superclean, above what you could expect. Very nice room just by the port. Restaurant is also nice. Quiet and peaceful. 10 minutes walk to the Chora and with beaches and restaurants. Pleasant little island for the more experienced traveller. Not so much happening but it's the perfect spot for a couple of relaxing days.
Cons: Can't complain about anything really. This was a spotless experience. The only think I can think of is that if you don't appreciate walking then you should probably chose a hotel in the Chora as it's a 10 minutes hike uphill to reach the beaches and the small village.
Pros: *warm welcome and friendly, helpful staff. *great location, close to the port with sandy beach a couple of minutes' walk away. Short walk to the Chora and other beaches. * bright, stylish rooms are behind the taverna garden with pomegranate tree and vines: views from the balcony to the garden and the sea. * comfortable bed and good facilities in the room, including a complimentary decanter of local speciality drink.
Pros: Met at the ferry even though the studios were very close to the port. We stayed in a studio with sea views which were beautiful. Studio modern and very clean with tea/coffee maker and fresh fruit provided each day. The studios are situated in lovely gardens behind the owners beach front taverna which is first class, in fact we ate here each evening of our 4 night stay. The port is very small and quaint with a very quiet beach containing trees for shade, in fact on our last day we had the beach to ourselves. The host are very attentive and extremely helpful. The ferry was cancelled on the day if our departure due to high winds, but the owner managed to arrange passage to the south of Naxos on a small boat and for a taxi to be waiting to collect us to transfer us over the mountains so we could make connections to catch our flight home. First class
Pros: Fantastic room - divine
Cons: Out of the way - for me - might suit some - not others
Pros: The owners and their hospitality. The tranquility of the place. The design and space of the room. The quality of the mattress. The food. The view from our terrace.
Cons: To have to leave it after 3 nights.
Pros: What's not to love about this place?! Right by the peaceful port. We had a gorgeous room with a balcony with a sea view. The room is all white with very comfy pillows and bed. All super clean and lovely. The chora is a 10-minute walk away up the hill so prepare for a little energetic walk sometimes! We ate in the restaurant a few times and while they didn't have a huge menu available (it was quiet and coming to the end of the season) everything we had was delicious. We always just asked for the fresh homemade dish of the day (meatballs etc) yummy! The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes walk, it's sandy and calm.
Pros: Excellent simple clean accommodation , friendly helpful staff ... the quintessential Small Greek island holiday by a beautiful bay Could not better it !
Pros: Very nice room, bright and airy, the dominant colour - white. Everything is neat and tidy, spotlessly clean. Relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is family run, as well as the attached restaurant (very good food). Charming and helpful hosts - Anna and Kostas. Effective and friendly staff.
Pros: Room was modern and spotless and as it was all white it had to be. View over the port was beautiful . Shower had good water pressure and was hot. Owners were friendly and willing to help.
Pros: They picked me up at the ferry port at 1:15 in the morning. Very nice people.
Pros: Large, bright room with 2 terraces in a quiet, laid back part of Schinoussa. Very clean. The owner is very nice and gave us lots of tips as where to go. We would (and hopefully will) come back for longer.
Cons: The terrace of our room was above the restaurant, which made it a little smokey at night. However, this was not much of a problem as the rooms all have 2 terraces, so we could just use the other one.
Pros: The rural setting is idyllic. There are three exquisite unspoilt beaches within 15 minutes walk, while the village is a similar distance. The food is very good and reasonably priced. Stephanie and her family were wonderful hosts. Our room was large and comfortable, with terraces facing both east and west for morning and evening sun.
Cons: The out of town location means that you have to walk everywhere; not a problem for us but unsuitable for the less mobile.
Pros: Welcoming, friendly and efficient. Peaceful and good walking to super little beaches.
Cons: Nothing really , beds a little on the firm side?
Pros: Liked everything!
Cons: Liked everything!
Pros: It’s a wonderful place to stay, right on the countryside and just a short walk away from beautiful beaches. The family owning the place has been very friendly and nice and they even picked me up from the port. The room was spotless clean and the interior was very pretty and in an excellent condition. From the huge balcony you can see the sunrise in the morning. It was quiet, the bed was comfy and the WiFi was fast. In addition, the restaurant below serves delicious food at a good price. Great sunset views from the nearby hill.
Pros: The accommodation was great. The restaurant was amazing. The combo worked out quite well since I just let Harama take care of all my everyday needs and I just focus on relaxing and exploring.

Pros: Everything was perfect, very kind host and personal. Very clean place, nice sun rise, nice beaches near to hotel, good food in the restoran. We can recomand this hotel to all who like quite place, wild beaches, nature.
Pros: Very peaceful place. Ideal choice for those who want to enjoy their vacation in the nature, away from any source of disturbing urban sounds. Many beautiful beaches around the hotel's location. (Almiros, Bazeos, cave pori) The hotel restaurant has many fresh choices and many cycladic goods to taste! Many greetings to chef mrs. Catherine, a very nice person and an excellent cooker! Friendly, caring staff with a smile on their face always!!!
Pros: This is a gorgeous place to relax and enjoy the quietness of this wild island. You can enjoy the amazing view from the swimming pool or while eating a delicious salad in the terrace. It's a short walking distance from the most beautiful beaches and caves. The food is simple but yet very tasty and fresh. The staff is very nice and helpful. The owner is a very pleasant man who welcomes you in person and take time every day to chat with his guest. We really appreciated this exchanges. I warmly recommend to whom seeking for calm and rest. If you want to party, just go to another island.
Cons: As located in a hill, the place can be quite windy and this can be quite noisy at night. The beds could be more confortable. The music was a bit repetitive. I'de rather enjoying the silence of the place.
Pros: Wonderful view from magical sunrise to sunset, adorable people, good food, close to the great little beach of Almyros. What else can you dream for?
Pros: We did not eat the breakfast provided. The views were spectacular. Peaceful. We recommend Katrinas cooking. Sunrise over Keros Island from our studio. Close to a number of wonderful beaches.
Cons: Wailing old crooner music whilst we ate a meal. Meltemi Winds caused significant disruption at the hotel. Geroliminionas beach relatively remote and protected from the winds but although worth a visit was unfortunately filled with rubbish. Ai Vasilis beach was inaccessible by land as the whole peninsula is owned by a Greek tycoon (think a ship magnate) who I understand is being investigated for selling historical/archaeological items.
Pros: First, the location - a photographer’s dream... second, my hosts: Nikos is a remarkable player... he and his team made my stay truly memorable, in beautiful Schinousa. Thank you all!
Cons: I enjoyed tremendously my stay on Schinousa at Anatoli studios and I hope to be back some time soon... I took some really superb photos... the lights in the executive studio were bright enough to shoot a night-time movie :); it seems to be some trend this year, as I noticed it at other hotels on other islands too.
Pros: The entire experience was excellent. The staff were incredible- especially Fani who has great taste in music. From the collection at the port, to creating bespoke meals when my partner was ill- the whole team is amazingly helpful. The food was delicious yet simple, and the entire vibe was relaxed. They allowed for privacy, but were attentive when needed. Great access to local beaches and more secluded swimming spots.
Pros: A perfect place ! Rita was so nice, helping us everytime we needed in a very sympathic way. We enjoyed our stay so much.
Pros: The apartment is really beautiful! Spacious, nicely decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful balcony. Rita, the host, was very friendly and responded quickly and efficiently to every request we had. The location is great, 50m from the beautiful beach of Livadi with natural shade from 'almyriki' trees, and also a short distance from Schinoussa Chora.
Cons: There is only one bathroom for 2 rooms. In our case this wasn't a problem as it was only 2 of us (couple)
