Pros: Hotel is a real gem, great price, and it's closer to everything then it appears on the map. Room sizes are good for Europe, newly reno'd, very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast included in the room.
I really liked this hotel. It was nicest and biggest room we stayed in during our little family excursion to London, Dusseldorf, and Vienna. The themed floors and rooms was a very nice touch and being able to learn about the staff was nice too. My only complaint is the lack of air conditioning. Providing the fan is nice, but it did little to cool the room down. For 9 months out of the year I would definitely stay here, but if I'm in town during the summer, I will probably stay somewhere else.
Pros: This hotel embraced Vienna and incorporated the city throughout the hotel with themed rooms and floors. Great way to learn about the city before you head out. Breakfast was included and the price was reasonable making for a good value.
Cons: To provide a little context, we visited in July. We are from Cleveland, OH, which has similar weather in my opinion. There is no air conditioning and that made the room very warm and unpleasant. A fan is provided, but it did little.
When you stay at Das Capri. Ihr Wiener Hotel, you'll be just a 5-minute drive from Riesenrad and Wiener Prater. Guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby hiking/biking trails, mountain biking, and water skiing, and free perks include WiFi and hot/cold buffet breakfast daily between 7 AM and 10 AM. Nice touches like pillowtop beds with premium linens are offered up in all rooms, along with LCD TVs and refrigerators.
Pros: Large, bright room. Comfortable bed, pillows, and linens. Great breakfast. (And I mean "great.") Large bathroom. Nice wine selection.
I would stay here again.
Cons: Hard to shower without getting water all over floor. Only 1 towel per person. Not a lot of closet space (for two for a week including business attire...)

Pros: Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The price was quite reasonable.
Cons: The street noise late at night was very bothersome. I am a very sound sleeper and eventually I got to bed, but I could see it really being a problem for some people. My room was tiny. Again, this didn't bother me THAT much, b/c "cozy" is OK for me, but this was on the edge of that and I think some would be more bothered.

At the hotel’s restaurant ‘Wiener Wirtschaft’ typical Viennese down-to-earth cuisine is served in a relaxed ambience.
Cons: 1.The air conditioning was a huge problem. Could not get the rooms cooled down. The staff was helpful but made the stay very uncomfortable.
2. The wi-fi is expensive. These big chain hotels will nickle and dime you on services such as wi-fi when all other hotels give it for free !!
3. Currently construction is going on..caused some noise disturbance.
