Very good value. Food and breakfast was very good.
Food was good Staff friendly and helpful
Comfortable room with big bed and good location.
Didn't find all the staff overly friendly and noisy family upstairs.
Room was lovely and main bed was comfy. breakfast was lovely
I thought £100 for 1 night (we had 2 rooms so £200 total) was a little steep.
Lovely hotel and rooms. Our 2nd time New Year’s Eve, Very relaxed Cosy pub and very accommodating for dogs , Food fantastic! Staff were friendly and helpful. Although I felt the staff were under pressure as no doubt they were busy! As on arrival reception didn’t seem to be organized with the reservations. I had already prebooked a table before we arrived, as we had travelled 3 hours and wanted to be sure we had a seat in the bar area to eat, I even confirmed that at reception when we arrived, so a reservation on table hadn’t been arranged clearly! as dogs were not aloud in restaurant. But when we came down we were told there was no were to sit in bar area as seats were taken. Thankfully someone left and we were then able to sit and eat! So a bit of miscommunication! But overall a pleasant evening and a piper played for a little while. Just made a nice atmosphere! Although the dogs would say otherwise! The bar staff were very pleasant! We would stay there again no qualms!
