Hotel was good. The main restraunt was closed or under construction. No free breakfast. For the price of the room figured breakfast would be included. But the overall location was great l. We came from out of town for a show and the hotel was very central to everything.
No free breakfast.
Clean, everything is worth the price, friendly staff, clean rooms..
None, i like everything
I was over charged repeatedly as they charge for the full stay in advance. I was first charged at checkin $2140 which was significantly higher than the cost I secured with booking.com of $1340 which included all fees. I was over charged by almost $1,000 yikes. I spoke with the front desk multiple times on getting the charges straightened out. They were helpful but the overcharging kept happening. They assured me it was all straightened and refunded me. however the next day I was recharged $2,066 which was still not correct! At this point I was done! Upon check out I was charged the wrong amount again. In the end it seems to be taken care of and they refunded me my pet fee for the hassle. I am checking my credit card again in the next few days to make sure things were charged correctly. Over charging someone by almost $1000 is not acceptable. I hope this nightmare over.
Pool was awesome
I wish there was an easier way to park which is not expensive vallet parking
Excellent staff, helpful, friendly, went above and beyond without being asked. Great location for shopping, eating etc. Size of our room was very large especially for the cost.
No mini bar, no fan in the bathroom.
