10.0 Excellent
Pros:Early check in. Fast valet. Clean room.
6.8 Okay
Pros:Centrally located, helpful staff.
Cons:The room was quite bright at night and housekeeping didn’t clean our room one of the days we were there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros:This is our favorite hotel in Seattle, located downtown, close to Pike market and amidst great shopping. Their customer service is off the charts. We love them !!
10.0 Excellent
8.0 Great
Pros:The lines were top quality and the checkin staff was equal.
Cons:The room was just an average, modern hotel room. Without much charm and a little less than as clean as most. Surprised to find that used products (shampoos, body lotion, etc.) were not replaced for our second night's stay.
6.0 Okay
Pros:The lobby was beautifully renovated and the hotel is in the heart of Times Square. The bed was very comfortable
Cons:The room size was less than desirable...even for New York City it was small. Two medium-sized pieces of luggage could barely fit into the room. The A/C seemed to run on its own; there was a control in the room that didn't respond when humans touched it. The shower curtain in the bathroom was yellow and brown towards the bottom and the tile's grout was dirty in certain places. Not to mention that the water pressure in the shower and sink was weak at best.
9.7 Excellent
Pros:Very clean, friendly staff, great location to shopping and Pike Place
Cons:Bed could've been more comfortable, and I was frustrated to not be able to watch my own movies via HDMI cable
10.0 Excellent
Pros:How it was downtown close to the key arena
Cons:A bit too conservative
8.0 Great
Pros:The location was right next to the event I was attending. The room was quiet and clean.
Cons:Housekeeping didn't even knock and just came into my room in the morning a few hours before checkout. I was sleeping at the time but it could have been potentially very embarrassing for us both.
9.7 Excellent
Pros:Staff, beds and location
