We love to stay at Inn On the Lakes. The setting is beautiful with gorgeous flowers surrounding. Chicanes restaurant which is in the Inn is excellent. We are vegan and the chef always prepares something delicious for us! Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean, quiet and spacious. We especially love eating breakfast (which is included) at Chicanes and watching the wildlife on the lake. There is always something to watch!
Rooms are spotless. Everything looks new and very well kept. Got a small fridge/microwave. Flat screen TV, cable. Granite/Stone bathrooms, big shower. Not a negative at all, just a bit noisy because it was packed!
I like the location and the facility The bar tenders at night seem to need more help. Service is slow. The Internet connection was very hot and miss. I think they need more capacity.
Room was clean and well appointed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning had big variety. Can't think of a thing.
Room was like a luxury apartment No
great new rooms, just remodeled. loved the amenities in the room a lot of noise thru doors
Very clean and spacious!
I have had family and friends visit with us in Sebring and we have always used the Residence Inn not because their prices are excellent value (which they are) but because the rooms are fresh, beautifully furnished and equipped with the latest and best appliances and furnishings. These rooms are really small, gorgeous apartments with the prettiest Florida views and the staff
Only complaint was a/c a little sluggish but fine for one night during our travels south
Loved the pool and it's waterfall, my boys were in it every spare moment.
Nothing The carpet was filthy stains all over it broken light I put back together bathroom had ashes on the vanity the grout was black causing the bath mat to turn black when it got wet door and wood work was filthy with stains I attempted to tighten the screws on the toilet seat as it was dangerously loose so one could fall off what was under the clips that you open to access the screws I wouldn't even want to imagine what it consisted of seriously you charge people for this plus we paid for our daughters room for 3 nites I have pictures I will be sending to management
Not much The place is seriously in need of some work to freshen the rooms. My room was outright dingy, the carpets by worn, etc. If I had an opportunity to look at the room before I was committed to it, I would have declined. I booked the room because I trusted the Ramada name, something I will not do again in the future.
Location Dead toad on floor, furniture never moved for vacuuming, (they did move furniture back after I moved looking for good outlets), outlets loose, 3 outlet brick too heavy with cords, one bed lamp didn't work, toilet did not flush waste well, (liquids fine),

Location and price. The afternoon check-in young lady was quick to correct a mistake in double-billing on my credit card. The breakfast is adequate and the coffee is good! Very clean lobby and parking lot. The bathroom had not been cleaned well. There was shampoo running down the wall of shower (dark yellow), there was uncooked food in the microwave.
The room was subpar. Temp control on bathtub was hard to adjust so water was either scalding or cold. Blow dryer was missing. Carpet in horrible shape. Did not feel safe.
Location Not the best. Needed double beds, was given king beds.
The room was O.K. and it was close to where we were visiting. The bathroom needs some maintenance. There was black mould spots on the ceiling in the shower, and some were places were patched with spackling on cracks that wasn't finished or painted. The tub would give way when you moved around in it.
Clean, good continental breakfast (waffles), coffee fresh and easily available (makes up for no coffee in room), great water pressure for long, hot shower! I am a travel nurse at the local hospital and the price and location is perfect for me! Room smells like old Florida hotel room. I learned to bring nice room freshener. Be sure to bring hair dryer and iron.
There were many problems with this hotel - a roach crawling on the bed, thin and worn sheets that did not mask the stains (was that blood?) on the pillows, and a smell of wet dog that was overwhelming upon entering the room.
Nice breakfast, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very nice for this level hotel. Parking lot is clean. Great water pressure and hot water. Best price for hotel at this level in the area. I am a travel nurse and this suits me fine. Room needs updating. Boxspring stained and very unattractive. (One closest to door in this room.). No coffee pot in room or coffee. But coffee in lobby always available and good. Insulation trim around door hanging off and you see a lot of daylight.
room was clean. staff helpful the other guest where to loud. Made noise till 3am bad air conditiohner. made noise all night
The price and location perfect. The parking lot is nice and clean. Old TV. No coffee maker. No hair dryer. Bed linens ok but mattress is very firm. But honestly, for the price, I can do without these luxuries for the short time I'm here. There is coffee available in the lobby.
nice-ish front desk person linens were soiled smelled like rot old
