All staff are very friendly and helpful! The location is superb. Close to shopping area of Myeongdong.

The room is so small. First time experience this. Bathroom glass door is defective. Beddings don't get change. Shower option didn't meet expectation. Toilet and room smelly and dirty. The staff (old lady) is so rude. No bath towel provided. Shower was not great and beds were a little hard. Small place, mouldy smell in bathroom, not much sleep. Bedsheet and pillows smell and look not clean. Also no towel. Very small stuffy and damp room without any daylight. The beds were broken. The sheets were dirty and had blood stains on them. The room was unclean in general but beds especially. The room was very small especially if you bring 2 suitcases like me. The room is too narrow and small for one person. The size & cleanliness of the room. Very little noise insulation in the hostel. The place was clean but very worn out. The towels were hand towels and not body towels. The room is quite small to fit two 28 luggage size.
