Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were largely dissatisfied with their stay at the hotel. The most common complaints were about poor service, including staff not speaking English, unhelpful or unfriendly attitudes, and issues with overcharging or unclear booking processes. The location was also a frequent source of disappointment, as many found it remote, difficult to access, or not as advertised. Cleanliness was another major concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and ongoing renovations. While a few positive remarks were made about helpful staff or comfortable beds, these were outweighed by the negative experiences reported by the majority of guests.
