Pros (+) I constantly travel between Hong Kong and southern China. I often use this hotel when I need to take an early Chinese high speed rail train and I want to skip the border. Cons (-) I booked via an app and I used a credit card. Staff did not give me an option to pay in local currency but used USD automatically. This would have cost me another 5 USD. This is unacceptable bordering on theft. Everyone gives you an option to choose currency. Fortunately, I screamed bloody murder and paid in cash.
