Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near major transport hubs, making it easy to access both the city and nearby areas. However, many reviews mention significant noise and access issues due to ongoing construction around the hotel. Service quality is reported as inconsistent, with some guests experiencing unhelpful or slow staff. WiFi reliability and bed comfort also drew criticism in several reviews. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements are needed in service, noise control, and amenities.

Above all, you are right at the border and the Shenzhen Metro and the train station to Guangzhou. There is even...
Cons (-) I booked via an app and I used a credit card. Staff did not give me an option to pay in local currency but used USD automatically. This would have cost me another 5 USD. This is unacceptable bordering on theft. Everyone gives you an option to choose currency. Fortunately, I screamed bloody murder and paid in cash.

Cons (-) I booked Best Western Felicity Hotel for two nights, July 25-27. I arrived ataround 2:00 am at the hotel and they gave me a smocking room when I asked for a on smocking room. It smelled so bad that I couldn't bear it and I asked to be moved to a non smocking room. The room that they offered me had a smell of mold. It was so late at night, I just couldn't move out and search for another hotel. Then...
