Kurhaus Ishibashi Ryokan is a very special and unique ryokan. It is over 150 years old and is amazingly interesting. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and did as much as they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Across from the ryokan is a car park with ample spaces. Our room had a traditional tatami floor, equipped with a TV, fridge, shower, and a recently renewed toilet. The spacious men’s and ladies onsen each had three inside and one outside bath with authentic onsen water.
