Dirty stained sheet with blood.. Can you not afford to throw dirty stained sheets away ? Blanket / sheet was stained not sure if even washed
Room size and overall facilities Small tv, bath shower in need of upgrade
Location to my event. No complimentary breakfast
Almost Everything Fans loud
The hotel served us well on an overnight trip to the Philadelphia area. Hotels in the city were hard to find and your location and price met our needs. Thanks.
rooms were large, clean & comfortable. room service food was good the halls & stairways were in bad shape.the ice & soda machine were literally gutted & broken with yellow hazard tape wrapped around them
Very clean, comfortable beds, beautiful lobby, helpful staff, good location. The woman on the evening shift had to reactivate our card and she was very unpleasant and rude. But the rest of the staff were very friendly!
I liked the personal check in, the breakfast, and the pool looked nice.
Very efficient check in process. Very generous with razors and shaving cream. Wish breakfast was available for a longer time.
close to area ahopping.
the beds were really soft. the room was the best we ever stayed at be able to take are dogs
Fairly easy to get to/from Philadelphia. Room had lingering smell of smoke, though in a non-smoking room.
Bed was okay Staff was rude, found a roach on the floor!
The room was dirty, esp the bath room. The tub I had to clean myself. I. Wanted a bath but the water is in filthy particles run the tub is in filtered. The is no washer on the spout. One of the towels had black spots. Thebed itched, floor itched, and room smelled like cigarettes.
The comfort and cleanliness. The location is nice and is close to many stores and restaurants. The staff is always willing to help, the rooms are nice size. They also have a delicious complimentary breakfast. The only think was breakfast ends too early, some guess miss out because of the timing. Some guess like to sleep in.
Clean room, night staff was nice and accommodating. Bed was comfortable, water pressure in the shower was good, it is close to Philly, and there was minimal noises from the neighboring rooms. We asked for a late check out and they only gave me a half hour and did not communicate that to the housekeeping staff, so the housekeepers kept knocking on the door while I was trying to pack.
Internet coverage and appliances in the room Towels - only one very small towel each. Rooms are very noisy and you can hear everything going on in all the rooms above and either side of you - argument next door went on for hours. Breakfast hours should be until 10am on Weekends
It was a nightmare. The card entry for the door didn't work the entire time I was there. There was no phone service in the rooms (I stayed in several, thinking it might make a difference.) I had to use a cell phone, but had brought none, so I had to borrow one from family. There was no light between the beds. There was a light fixture, working bulbs, a working outlet, but the lamp was broken, there was virtually no cleaning done in the room during my stay, and the hot water ran out any time after 7 a.m. I left nothing in the room worth stealing, so the "maintenance" personnel had to steal things that weren't worth stealing: a 10 year old walkman and a 20 year old Timex watch that I left in a plastic pack in my suitcase.
nice room amenities great parking Comfortable bed broken bathroom door
I really liked the fact that I could check out by noon. It gave my girlfriend and me a chance to hi the pool and the gym and relax before having to bustle out the door. The complementary breakfast was awesome in terms of saving some extra cash, and was good quality. Overall the hotel was extremely cleans and efficient as well. The fitness center is truly limited in what you can do, keeping you only to the basics, and the pool has WAY TOO MUCH chlorine in it. The water was cloudy with chlorine and we decided not to stay in too long for fear of our clothing and eyes. Also, if I am being picky, the shower water pressure left a little to be desired. Not big problems; the trip and hotel was overall great!
We;ve stayed at this hotel (4-5 nights/year) for many years. About 3 years ago, the ownership must have changed because they started taking furniture out of the room, replacing with really cheap stuff, down graded the amenities, etc. We won't be going back to this place
room was ready on time, was clean and smelled good, air temp. just right. Very helpfull and curtious desk staff. Pool was a pleasant thing after a six hour drive. We left with a smile on our faces. Perhaps the breakfast offering could be expanded slightly.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable however the fridge was very noisy to the point where I had to unplug it before going to sleep. Also, my room must have been a smoking room at one point because the air in the room had a faint smokey odor. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was pristine and the TV was nice and clear. The free breakfast was not very appealing but for free, it was ok. nothing Best western cancelled my room the day of my arrival. They never called me or emailed. in fact, I received a confirmation email from Kayak and booking.com to confirm early check-in, which I did, and was accepted. When I arrived at 1pm the day of, they said my room had been cancelled for overbooking. They did not attempt to reschedule me at another hotel or anything.
Clean, comfortable bed and room; spacious; great shower; excellent location. Could use a bit sprucing up (for example, lampshade had tears).
it was fine I like Holiday Inn
The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. I didn't like that plastic utensils and styrofoam was used for room service.
very nive rooms and building breakfast opened at 7am, too late for us.
The bed was very comfortable. The heating unit was loud, making it difficult to sleep.
A bit upscale for me, I was in the are visiting a friend. Really not a lot hotel options in the area and the rest looked like they were dives, so it was an easy choice. College hotel and I was there for freshman arrivals, it was kind of a zoo. Very small pool, but it was well maintained
I love the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the entire hotel and the pool. With spending this much money on a hotel that nice you should include some kind of breakfast with it. Also once all the shops are completed right within walking distance it will be great but right now there is nothing to do within walking distance.

Clean and close to everything No
New, modern, spacious, clean. Delicious breakfast. Pool was too small. Odd placement of bathroom in middle of room made for limited privacy.
Staff was awesome. Very quiet peaceful area. The location is perfect Lol the breakfast didn't have bacon but I was still pleased with my meal.
Rooms were recently updated, very clean. Nice to have fridge and microwave in room. Laundry available also on floor. Indoor pool was nice for kids. Complimentary breakfast was impressive. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a bit small for 2 queen beds with a desk and sofa but for the amount of time we spent in room it was fine.
location, staff blood stains on the blanket, water in the freezer tray, fridge not working
Very clean, updated and friendly staff
Booked for a wedding stay. Called a few days before for specific directions. Difficult to access the entrance when coming from Philadelphia. Person who helped me on phone was extremely nice and helpful. Explained that we were traveling from Reading , PA and we needed to change clothes in preparation for a 4:00 wedding on Friday, April 7. She verbally guaranteed me that our room would be ready and I should call the hotel when we left home to make sure we were indeed on our way. Called when we left, got to the hotel around 12:30. No room, checked back after lunch, no room, waited in the lobby constantly checking. Room was not ready until 3:00. How disappointing for all of us then have to get ready for the 4:00 wedding when we were told the rooms would be ready when we arrived!!!!! Staff on desk were less than friendly by the way!!!!!!!!
This hotel is very comfortable great location in access to a large strip mall very nice view and a nice swimming area I don't think there's anymore to ask for from a hotel No complaints at all
Room was okay Full of noisy children and women who seemed to live there. A group of VERY young children ran around outside with no adult supervision until 1:30 am, when we left. Front desk receptionist gave us attitude when we told her they were playing hide & seek in the dumpster area outside our door. Groups of teenagers seemed to be smoking/dealing drugs in parking lots of both hotels. They looked so sketchy, we didnt want to park our car there.
The staff was very friendly, professional and attentive. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and the attendants in the breakfast area were constantly checking on me and the other guests as well as making sure that the breakfast items were fresh and replenished. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. A good overall value and about half the price per night of similar hotels in the downtown Philadelphia area...plus parking was free. The location is in a small town...there's a Wedy's, a Wawa gas station, a pizzeria and a small plaza within a short 2 min drive. Besides that you have to jump on the highway or drive 15 to 20 min to find much else. Not a big deal for me as the price was a great value for what I got.
Clean and comfortable. Seems like a good value.
-It was close enough to Hershey and major attractions but far enough away to avoid the crowding of Hershey. -The price was good. -The room was clean. -Each room has a parking spot right outside so you can just park and head inside, no lobbies or elevators etc. -Tiny bathroom. -Shower was lukewarm at it's hottest and had hardly any water pressure. -The room was freezing!! The heat may have been broken or something, but it was always uncomfortably chilly. To add insult to injury, there were only thin blankets, so I ended up just sleeping with my jacket on. Temperatures were in the 30's at night when I stayed, and it definitely felt like it in that room.
Great price and clean!
The price I couldn't fall asleep because of the ancient heater/AC machine that kept turning ON and OFF every 10 seconds.
Our family just needed a place to crash for the night. It fit the bill, not to expensive, reasonabley clean. We came in went to bed and left in the morning. If you are looking for more this may not be the place for you. I wish the breakfast had a little more to offer. It was a little lacking, but I didn't starve either.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good for everything we needed. It felt like staying at a older relatives home. It smelled old and felt old. The breakfast was LACKING.
The decor was so beautifully, hideously outdated. We loved it. Would recommend to friends.
It's not as clean as other reviewers said it was.
Staff very pleasant. Difficulty getting in and out of parking lot.
The room was all that was promised. The breakfast bar was what you'd expect from a crappy motel. The wifi worked. The TV did what a TV does. The shower had hot water. The girl at the counter hates her job and seemed that she was out to punish the guest because of her misery. It must be super hard to find good help.
The hotel staff was very nice. Check in and check out were easy. Room was large and clean. Price was very reasonable. Great experience. Continental breakfast was pretty small.
Smelly and dim room.
The decor was gorgeous. The bed was comfortable. Free breakfast and parking was included. The breakfast had several options (eggs, potatoes, bagels, sausage, juices). This is how you can tell it's a new hotel. There were two lamps, one with two bulbs and one with one. There was only one bulb in the lamb that only needed one. There was no smoke detector, just the base. There was Spackle foot prints in the bath tube and on the bathroom floor. There was a fridge, TV, microwave and one of the lamps were all on the TV stand across from the bed. The downside to that is there were only two outlets. We were only able to plug in the fridge and the TV...so I guess the light bulb wasn't that big of a deal. Also, we were not given wash clothes. When I called the front desk, I had to use my cell phone because there was no phone in the room, the woman told me that she couldn't bring any up but i could come down and get some as she was the only worker. Also, there are two elevators but only one works. Don't try to use the stairs as there are none. The only stairs are outside fire escape stairs.
The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. No bar
Everyone was very friendly, patient and accommodating. We did ask to switch rooms after the first night because two of the outlets we wanted to use weren't working. They were very willing to make it work for us. There was no hint that we were inconveniencing anyone. It was nice to have breakfast available, even if it wasn't the best. The food actually tasted better than it looked for the most part. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave, and the AC worked well. Things were clean, and housekeeping did a very nice job every day. We got the sense that the management took care of the employees, because everyone was pleasant and seemed to work well together. The worst thing was that the rooms were laid out in a way that made it hard to move around the room. We rearranged some of the furniture, and that helped. (We put it back before we left so the housekeeper wouldn't have a hard time.) But, even so, we were constantly getting into each other's way while we were getting ready in the morning. The bathroom was quite roomy, but for some reason the sink and vanity were in a corner instead of on the side wall. So, even though there was plenty of space, the only way for two of us to use the nice big mirror at the same time was for one of us to be jammed up against the toilet. And, we did both have to use it at the same time because it was the only mirror. Well, there is a full length one on the closet, but it's hard to do makeup there. It would have been nice if there was a mirror over the desk. Those are relatively minor complaints though. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay there again.
No longer a Hilton - property was sold.
It was still a good hotel and a well run facility I thought I was booking with Hampton and earning points. This property is not a Hampton anymore
Nothing If you don't mind living with multiple roaches around the bed and bathtub, choose this motel. Terrible cleanliness, staff were indifferent to my concerns.
The price Giant stains on the mattress. Smelled terrible. Looked like a 5 year old did the construction and painting. Pretty sure we saw a prostitute leaving the hotel (she probably came from the 24hr strip club/adult store down the street). Burn holes in sheets and blankets. Dirty floors. Giant bug in the bathroom. Most disgusting place I have ever stayed.
Nothing. Disgusting Roaches!!
Location and proximity to Phillidelphia The room was very very dirty. The bedspread covers had lots of cigarette burns in them.
Close to the lincoln financial stadium and philadelphia The hotel was horrible, dirty and old and the lady at the front very rude... never againe
Nothing Facility was dirty. Front desk staff was no where to be found when I checked in. There was a man in the hallway who looked indegent charging his ponie. I was asked to sign a "waiver" saying I would not smoke or have a party in my room. I've stayed at marriot hotels for years and this was a first. When I got to my room there was a loud party taking place in the room next to mine. I was charged $20 for "incedentals" that I didn't use. When I questioned the charge I was told it's a deposit agaijst smoking or damage.
Nice gal at the front desk. Decent choices for family breakfast. Tiny gym, bed way too soft, generally run down (wallpaper, carpets, etc) Feels like a Motel 6 with a Hilton Garden Inn price (facility does not match the price)
Quiet One way in and one way out and construction zone is heavy in around area
Not a great hotel if you are a light sleeper. My room was facing the highway, so I was listening to traffic all night, the noise being fairly loud for a closed hotel room. In addition, there was the struggling in-room AC unit cycling on and off.
Nice-sized room Breakfast not enough variety
Nothing There was no breakfast no cops for coffee. This hotel should not claim they serve breakfast! It's a scam Room was not clean dirt in bathroom.
They say they have breakfast but is only a snack bar. Not happy
room was clean front desk staff was extremely rude... will not visit here again!!!!!
The hotel says that is breakfast and I was expecting something to eat, but there is only black coffee, hot water and a cereal bar. I don't think this count as free breakfast. The staff is rude, they look angry all the time
Easy access to 295. Old and uncomfortable beds. Had to wait every morning for coffee to be brought out when rushing to work. Not ready til after 6. There was never any staff seen to get towels or tissues.

Kitchenette Yes..pet hair all over the tables in the room..having to take my used towels to front desk to get clean towels. No house keeping..the worst extened stay i ever stayed. Dangerous location
Great location amenities and staff
Kitchen They say that they have breakfast but it is only coffee and cereal bars
