Still the one of best in singapore
Room, view, art display, staff...
Very nice view arround Marina Area and room "51 square meters" dimendions are most impressive indeed. Also their services have been not known as "Ritz-Carlton" for nothing.
Actual total charge for hotel accommodation was been slightly different.
The location is so good. Staff is so helpful, courteous and sensitive. For example, when we asked the staff about the dinner firstly they warned us that the food of the hotel was not halal (islamic) although we didn't mean that. They provide everything in a hotel room that you might need.
The friendly service of all the staff.
they had an event at the pool saturday night and the entire sunday the pool was closed. reason: glass breakage... which is legitimate.. but only a reason to max close the pool until noon and have it back in safe and clean condition for aster lunch.
1st class Hotel with extremely freindly and helpfull staff.Perfectly positioned for everything Singapore has to offer. Loved the experience and will certainly use this hotel again.
Could not find fault with anything. Excelent!
All the staff was perfect and a 5 stars service.
I got a room close to the elevators, it was a bit annoying during the night.
the airport pick up didnt work, and the booking .com reservation was not available to ritz carlton on arrival
clean, good food at restaurants, friendly staff, pool area, room of big size, staff are friendly to my children, close to shopping malls and other points of interest
The hotel staff were very attentive. Their club lounge is the best one that we have been too, really worth booking the room for the perks.
