We arrived very late (even after checkin time) as our flight was very, very late and they still let us checkin and stay. Very helpful and friendly. Even got a voucher for parking outside. Rooms were nice & clean - quite modern too. Ground floor rooms a bit noisy in the morning. The breakfast was marvelous. Various cheese & hams, fresh fruits (already cut), bread and lots of sweets. Coffee was great too

The hotel is quite close to the train station (where also the buses start from). Staff was very nice and always willing to help.
The room faced the street and it was noisy, especially in the morning hours.

Hotel was very nice, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good and plenty of choice. Reception staff on the first evening was not helpful. We needed to travel to Cascais and I didn't get any support from the reception. On the second day reception was very helpful. The guy from the hotel gave us some advises, so we got Taxi to Cascais.
