Pros: The nature. Trees, large pool, billiard table and the peaceful and quiet ambiance
Cons: No closet, shower enclosure and hair dryer
Pros: nice view. friendly and accomodating staff. picture perfect.
Cons: there was no soap nor shower gel in the bathroom, just tubes of lotion. staff said there was no more soap available and the ones they ordered will be arriving next week. The lock on the door needs repairing and there was no lifeguard around.
Pros: Kind and very helpful staff. Spacious room with windows to the floor and all around the room. Perfect quiet location, 4 large swimming pools. An hotel owned plantation with a small village for the workers in the forest is worth visiting, takes about 2 hours, one coffee in the village coffee shop included. Restaurant has a large choice of local food, food preparation sometimes takes a bit long. Nice walk way along the small river close to the resort. Checking in and checking out very fast and easy.
Cons: In the room 2 nightstands at the bed and a phone to call the reception would be helpful. After dinner, the restaurant could be a perfect place to relax, to have a drink and to check news and mails. Unfortunately no bar and no Wifi. Wifi only available at the reception building, 300 meter away and also there no bar. Sometimes in the night we experienced power shut downs, basically no problem, but in the room the emergency lights went on and they consists of two very bright spots, just directed towards the bed. In one night we woke up three times due to that, then i climbed on a chair and dismantled the complete light and pulled the battery out. My apologies to the maintenance guy of the hotel.
Pros: 1. we were upgraded to a duplex with a pool. 2. There are 4 large pools in the resort
Pros: The room was excellent. The views was amazing. So close to nature. It was clean. The staffs were friendly and always greet you with a smile. Overall we had a great time
Cons: The place has no wifi , even signals for a data. It's so hard to reach for the outside world.
Pros: I liked the ambience... The whole surrounding was amazing. The view is for the books - luscious greeneries and an infinity pool! The staff are accommodating, especially Grace who takes care of our breakfast :)
Cons: At first, it was frustrating that it seems the staff were clueless. However, they made up for it by being accommodating to our request. Also, there was no signal not wifi in this place! A big impacg on my score, tbh. This would be good for people who want to take a break and go offline but not for people who rely on the internet for work.
Cons: There's no wifi in the room. They only have it in the clubhouse but very slow connection. I was disappointed with their CR and closet room because it has poor lighting, the facilities and other things look like not well-maintained. Not something I'd expect for a resort with an expensive rate.
Pros: Beautiful property, great location
Cons: No closets and no WiFi
Pros: The cleanliness and the nice ambiance.Staff are welcoming and friendly
Cons: No internet connection in the rooms and around the area.
Pros: The view and especially the staff
Cons: No movie channels for Americans visiting from abroad and a Liza d in my sink. I was told there was hot water for the shower but there wasn’t
