Cons. Room was filthy and in complete disrepair. AC did not work at all. Hot water not working. Shower filled with what appeared to be black mold. Staff entirely unresponsive, just didn't care at all. Screens had many holes so insects continually in the room. Amazingly this was all for their higher category room. Scary to think what the other rooms must be like. We never write reviews, but felt obligated to warn people about this place -- worst hotel we've stayed at anywhere and we travel very frequently and expected nothing more than a reasonably clean room, working AC and a somewhat friendly staff. Positive reviews are why we tried this hotel, and we are beyond puzzled as to how anyone would give them more than one star.
