10.0 Excellent
Pros: A perfect relaxing weekend. Fabulous location where you can look out across the loch from your huge cosy bed. Immaculately clean. Food was all delicious and the staff were all friendly and super helpful. Under new ownership and just reopened in October 2019, it has been refurbished to a high spec, lovely decor finished off with quirky eclectic touches. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better a pine marten put in an appearance on the terrace during diner.
Cons: The wait until we can go back for another stay!
7.5 Good
Pros: Scenery, decor,
Cons: No open fires going Service ordinary Poor bar service - no vermouth for a martini, no knowledge of how to make a whisky sour, a charge for nuts!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Diane was incredibly rude and gave us a very unpleasant welcome.
5.4 Okay
Cons: Shower cubicle had mold on the grouting and there was damp in the corner. We think the host could have made more welcoming and could have more of an effort with our breakfast arrangements. We had emailed over a month before our arrival requesting an early breakfast. We were told that it could be arranged. When we arrived we were told breakfast wasn't available. It was only when I told our host I had arranged this online did she offer us cereal. We didn't take up the offer and left early. What a shame as the reviews were great. Overall not a really bad experience but not somewhere I would recommend or return to.

Overview Reviews
Located in Roybridge, Roy Bridge Hotel is in the mountains, within a 15-minute drive of Commando Memorial and Loch Lochy. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
4.2 Okay
Pros: I don’t understand. This place was grubby.the loo seat was falling off. The windows were filthy. The beds were clean. No bath mat in the adjoining bathroom. It was very expensive for the facilities provided. It was not a place I could recommend a5 all.
5.8 Okay
Cons: We did not have breakfast as we considered £10.00 per person for continental breakfast was very overpriced. The door closers could do with being "relaxed" as it was quite hard work to get into the rooms, especially when carrying luggage. It was nice to have a private bathroom but a little challenging to have to leave our bedroom, remembering to take the key with you, to the bathroom next door by going out onto the landing and then opening the bathroom door with a Yale key when half asleep during the night!!! Why not just knock a door through from the room to the bathroom?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It has a hire dryer with a big house!
7.5 Good
Pros: Perfectly good hotel, worked well for our very last minute trip to Fort William. Clean sheets and towels and comfy beds. Coffee facilities provided in room.
Cons: Our room was a little cold when we arrived but the radiators soon warmed it up. Some of the decor in the hotel is a little dated but for all intensive purposes, it was a comfortable place for the night.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Bar area and food was ok.
Cons: Rooms were lacklustre although they are in the process of revamping them. Rooms were more like small dormitories four single beds and no en suite etc.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff. Friendly service, good meals
5.8 Okay
Cons: No water and the breakfast was not worth at all.

5.8 Okay
Pros: Staff was excellent, ducks outside our window were a treat
Cons: No WiFi in room, only in public areas. Window was screwed shut. When neighboring room started shower it sounded like they were in our bathroom. Doors used very difficult to unlock skeleton key
10.0 Excellent
Pros: every thing
Cons: nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: Ok Inn and location was handy for our stay but there was little alteration in the evening menu. Room clean and comfortable.
Cons: Dietary requirements only partially met
7.5 Good
Cons: limited choice for vegetarian breakfast
6.7 Good
Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable, set in the hills of the highlands, its location was excellent. The restaurant if good for 'pub food" and there are two excellent restaurants just five minutes away.
Cons: No one had breakfast the three days we were there I think this is because they overpriced breakfast at £12 per head. But we like everyone else did not try it so unable to comment on quality. A large bottle of water was £4.75 and a small one £2.45 which again is just two expensive given in the supermarket was selling twelve small bottles of £2.
