Staff and rooms were excellent. A free breakfast buffet would have been great.
Pros. Perfect location by river in downtown Spokane.
Cons. Bathroom can use update.
Pros. The clean rooms
Cons. The man that helped me check in during graveyard hours was rude. Not only did i have to wait but there were other customers waiting in the lobby for service. He came out with a nasty tone like we were disturbing him. The lady that helped me when i checked in prior to my room being ready was very helpful & very courteous. I had a concert to attend so it wasn't a problem that my room wasn't available yet. I came in after midnight to finish my check in & this is when i was treated very rude
Pros. Close to everything downtown
Pros. I liked the location
Cons. The cleaning people took some clothe out of our room when cleaning it and they made no effort to find them and return them.
Pros. I liked how close it was to everything, just a short walk to shopping and restarunts.
Cons. Our room was a little dated. I feel that it was not worth what we spent for our room. Also our heating unit was so loud, it woke us up every time it came on.
