Pros (+) This is an older, ocean side hotel a bit south of the main strip. Excellent staff and location, but definitely not posh. It's an older hotel that does show its age. The "breakfast" consists of bread, bagels, fruit, orange juice, cereal, 'waffles', a true continental breakfast. You pay for the ocean access (not view).
Pros (+) Being so close to the beach. It is a perfect spot for a less crowded beach spot.There are lots of good restaurants nearby that have great seafood choices. The staff is attentive to your needs. Love the bar sink and refrigerator with freezor in room.
Cons (-) That my visit was not long enough! Breakfast area is small but we could eat outside one morning. Air conditioning hard to keep constant.

It was almost like the cleaning crew were over whelmed with laundry. We never had anyone check our room when we were there for trash etc. The cans were over flowing when we checked out.
