Room, food, and friendly staff.
The stay at Weston Hall was amazing, the Burston room was lovely and spacious and was very warm. The room definitely had a good atmosphere. Staff on arrival were friendly and helpful and we also stayed for my evening meal where more family members joined us; one of the waitresses I think was called Lara and she was absolutely fantastic, she couldn’t do enough for us and even provided us with candles for the birthday cake as we had forgot. The continental breakfast was very good and included a good variety which covered picky eaters. The only downside to the stay was the cleanliness of the bedroom which had dead flies in the bedroom drawers as well as other bits of dirt. Otherwise I had an amazing stay, it was my 21st birthday and I was also proposed to at Weston Hall, Hopefully I will be returning for my wedding! Many thanks
Choice of continental or cooked
Staff were attentive and helpful, very smiley and polite. Room was stunning and facilities in the room were lovely. Views are great, food is amazing and continental breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again.
There is no obvious signage to where reception is - basically, follow signs to The Cellar and its on your right next to the bar. Also, due to the nature of the building, you can hear EVERYTHING so if there is a function on or music, it'll be loud. Plus you can hear people outside your room, doors opening and closing etc. But again, that's the nature of staying in a period house. Water wasn't very warm and shower pressure was low.
Just very comfortable stay and staff very helpful
