It was animal friendly
The parking for this hotel is just plain wrong. You never know until you get there, that you must park in a parking deck and pay $11 a day. The hotel card never worked in the parking deck. Always had to take a ticket to get in and get help to get out.
Location and quality
Bed was not comfortable
A/C kept turning on, making the room freezing. No room service menu in my room, only adverts about said food.
Awesome location in downtown State College. You can walk to everything. Hotel is very clean and feels like new. Rooms are big, and I enjoy the Suite layout with couches and table.
10$ Daily parking fee.
Very clean, you could walk to restaurant from inside hotel
Paying for parking
New and modern
Slightly confusing entrance. Enter and then elevator up to 2nd floor to check in
cleanliness and modern appearance
Check in is at 3:00pm. Had to wait over an hour with two young children to get our room. Unloading and parking to check in is terrible!!! Only 3 parking spots and there was a large pick up truck parked in one of the spots every day.
Excellent location. Walkable to the University and all the local bars and eateries. Very large room and clean. Excellent price!
The location downtown is the best! You can walk everywhere. The hotel is nearly new and looks great. Awesome meeting spaces and areas to sit and have coffee. Great free breakfast.
Parking scenario was very unclear. Inadequate signage.
It was pretty, clean, comfortable beds. Very nice lobby area.
Yes, there was not enough staff at the front desk. Also, I'd like breakfast to stay open til 11am. Thank you.
Located in beautiful downtown State College, within walking distance to Penn State University and other popular retail shops and restaurants. The full service Hyatt Place State College has everything all under one roof.
