Cons: Everything overpriced in that area
7.0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was very good. It seemed like the help was struggling to keep up with everything though.
Cons: When I got to the hotel the computers were down. Both computers weren't working. I was the one who actually booked the 3 rooms so I signed a form for the rooms. Unfortunately I did not think about being a AAA member and mentioning it because of the confusion. I have booked your hotel for many years (other than last year because we had my son's wedding and didn't go to St. Joe's) I would greatly appreciate it if you could honor my AAA 10% discount with maybe a future voucher? Everyone is always pleasant when we come and my family enjoys their stay.

Pros: My only complaint is for Booking.com not the hotel. You charged me for breakfast and there is no hot breakfast available...
Cons: The hotel had no towels in exercise room and no wipes to clean used equipment.

Pros: I made a reservation online and asked for a room facing the wooded area rather than the busy highway and they happily obliged. Very nice and clean, kitchenette was fully updated.

Cons: We were told that the extra charge for the small dog was $75.00 per night. It was too late to look for other options. Other hotels usually charge $15 -$25. This hotel should just say up front that dogs are not welcome

Pros: Very friendly and helpful front desk. Great location. Good value. Easy access.
Cons: Hallway needed vacuuming. Same gummy bear on floor from time we arrived through our stay. Towels rough.

Pros: I liked that it was right off the highway but you could hear the traffic. It was also a stone throw away from a large 24/7 grocery store.

Pros: The pool
Cons: Housekeeping, front desk service
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable and clean. Nice staff.
Cons: There were some mechanical issues related to the elevator, door to the stairs, and the door to my room.
5.5 Okay
Pros: We liked the staff at the breakfast. The lady helped me make a waffle. The staff in general was nice.
Cons: The food was subpar, except for the waffle and orange juice. The sausage links were grossly undercooked. The scrambled eggs were dry and cold. Also the desk clerk on duty when we arrived at 8:00 pm on June 1 was in need of training. She referred us to Bush's Coaches Pub for dinner, but was unable to give us directions to get there. She said it was two lights away and couldn't tell us in what direction. In fact it was four lights away and obscured by a Marathon station. We stumbled on it purely by accident and it was a good restaurant.

5.0 Okay
Pros: It was quiet and the location was great.
Cons: The staff were very rude. I booked in June for conjoined rooms they didn’t say anything until after I paid that all conjoined rooms were already spoken for. I requested to check in early and because they were low staffed and completely booked it wasn’t an option anymore..
6.3 Good
Pros: Staff and location
Cons: Clogged sink, slow flushing toilet. In need of exterior painting
5.5 Okay
Pros: Easy access
Cons: The bed was very hard. The fridge dripped half the night and when we figured out what the noice was we put a towel in it to catch the drops. The toilet area is WAY to small cramped against the wall and the seat is a gas station seat.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The room was just ordinary for the high price.
Cons: Expected a nicer room for the price charged.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: 1st room the fridge hadn't been cleaned and the light in the bathroom was so dim you couldn't see. 2nd room, not much better. The bathroom smelled musty, the air conditioner made a lot of noise and TV kept freezing. Won't go back.
4.0 Okay
Pros: It was close to the downtown and the church we were going to for a wedding.
Cons: The hallways were really dirty- carpet almost black with stains and the walls of the hotel room needed paint. The pool was closed for maintenance our first 2 nights there out of 3 which was disappointing.
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff very friendly
Cons: Breakfast just ok.Nothing special about it.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Staff was nice and facility was close to where/what I was attending in town.
Cons: Room was not cleanest and is outdated. Windows very thin and I could hear the "party" in the parking lot when trying to sleep. No roll-aways available. Door coming in from outside you could just open-no key nec. And they did not clean my room after 1st day stay. And when asked for more towels and a blanket I had to go down to front desk to get-they should be bringing to me.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location easy access to I-94
Cons: Hotel could use a bit of updating
5.5 Okay
Pros: The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The first rooms assigned were so damp and musty the bedding even felt damp. The front desk did take me to other rooms until we found some that were better.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient. Accessible to the interstate and in close proximity to stores and restaurants.
Cons: Breakfast. No meat and only had boiled eggs.
7.0 Good
Pros: Basic hotel with free continental breakfast. Nothing bad to report. Price was decent for a holiday weekend near Lake Michigan. We were busy and gone from early morning until evening.
Cons: The back door did not require card entry at night which we felt was less secure than we would have preferred.

With a stay at Bridgman Inn in Bridgman, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Warren Dunes State Park and Weko Park. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
5.5 Okay
Pros: NIce air conditioning in the room. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: there was not a coffee machine in the room. As bad as that coffee is, it's better than nothing. I should have remembered to bring instant coffee. Also, there was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in the room which I discovered the next morning right before check out. Very stingey with amenities. The calking around the bathtub was so beat up that I didn't want to find out what the shower would have been like and decided to pass on that.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This inn is a great value. It was clean, comfortable, quiet. We all slept well, and woke up with nice hot shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a great location and value, and good stay. We would definitely stay here again.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Really dirty place, rude staff, overall a bad experience
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It is a great location for visiting Weko Beach.
Cons: No ice machine nor coffee maker.
5.0 Okay
Pros: nice lady at the reception desk
Cons: very old and dirty
7.0 Good
Pros: I am giving the Bridgman Inn a good rating this time because it is under new management and they are doing there best to greatly improve the rooms and property. I very much enjoyed chatting with the manager. He went out of his way to be helpful to me and also was interested in my opinion as to how they could improve. I will definitely be back and looking forward to staying in one of the remodeled rooms!
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. Should have when to another Hotel.
Cons: The entire experience They did not have my Booking.com Reservation which was for a King bed which they did not have. The pool was not even able to be used.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: 2 beds room was like a house in size. Peaceful area and very close to beach and downtown. It’s not state of art like modern motel but give a look of old cottage for camping. Perfect fit for us to relax and enjoy nature from bedroom to beach and yes made us feel that we are away from city.
4.5 Okay
Pros: location
Cons: Presentation and up keep of Hotel, people live in he front and looks really bad from the road
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff and the location can't be beat and the pool is well maintained. Air-conditioned rooms. It's so close to so many of the areas greatest attractions and best eateries. The new proprietors are completely restoring the front portion of the lodge and have gutted all of the old rooms and are completely remodeling. Old reports of bed bugs are no longer an issue. The new owners seem to care about the property and I look forward to returning and seeing it all shiny! Please forgive them as they renovate!
Cons: The facility is older and in need of repair but the new owners are taking care of this. Even with this in mind our room was clean and had all of the things we needed and more than we expected.
