Pros: The location was walking distance from the Belleville hospital, which was a bonus. The facility had a private suite, with four rooms. The rooms were beautifully appointed, comfortable and charming. It was also extremely private, which I much appreciated. The breakfast was wonderful and gracious. The hosts were kind, thoughtful, generous people. I would have loved to have stayed longer in this beautiful house, and will certainly stay again if I have cause to return to Belleville. I wonderful experience.

Pros: Very attractive, homely accommodation just minutes from the centre of town. Gord and Daniele are two great hosts - exceptionally welcoming and friendly - providing very helpful advice regarding tourism assets in the county. Our suite was very well appointed - immaculately clean and comfortable. Very good quality breakfasts, thoughtfully prepared and presented fresh each morning by Daniele.
Cons: Climbing stairs with large suitcases is often a trial but the quality of accommodation on offer in this warm and characterful period home makes it all worthwhile. Would do it again tomorrow.

Pros: Breakfast had lot of choices..there is cookies and coffee on arrival...location is great, there is also a paid laundry on location. The staff are friendly and lots of places to eat and just off 401...and the indoor pool is good as well.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Small breakfast area
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love the very convenient location, surrounded by restaurants and stores. The hotel is quiet. The Double Queen bedroom is very big and clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Pillows are too soft. It will be nice to have a harder pillow for neck support.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean and modern.
Cons: Limited options at breakfast. No dumbbells in the gym.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: I booked a wheelchair accessible room and it had a bathtub. I expected a FULLY accessible room including a wheel in shower. My son uses a wheelchair full time. When I asked for a bath chair to put in the tub I was told they had none & was delivered a stool. It worked but I hope I never have to do that again. This Hotel should not be noted as wheelchair accessible.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The place is brand new
Cons: No big rooms that accommodate more than 4 people, no extra couch
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in very good shape- read somewhere it opened in late 2018. Breakfast was pretty good too! Nice lobby as well.
Cons: Slow elevator?...
9.5 Excellent
Pros: New, clean and modern. Gym and pool available but not used.
Cons: Only comment is the outlook from windows was of the main street or housing, but as this was single night stop over it did not matter.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast choices - could even have freshly made waffles.
Cons: Everything was fine.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great choice and fresh fruit and yogurt as part of the choices. Very comfortable bed and bed linens. Modern look with lots of natural wood used in the reception area. Free books available for exchange although I didn't use this feature. Lots of free parking. Coffee, tea and cookies in reception area. Lots of nearby restaurants and food outlets for lunch and dinner. Good signage to find the hotel if driving.
Cons: Poor coffee for breakfast. The coffee maker and coffee in room were much better. Poor design of bathroom-NO place to hang wet towels if staying for more than one night. The top of the glass shower enclosure is too high to reach to hang towels, and there are no towel railings!! The only option is to hang wet towels on the door -not good for the paint on the doors. So, no consideration for the environment in re-using towels.

Pros: Awesome hostess, very friendly and welcoming. Everything is really clean and ready for the visitors. The breakfast was great.
Cons: It was really hot and humid without the AC at night, but wasn't a big deal. Suggesting to look into buying small AC machines that would stand on the floor

Pros: The home and property were stunning. So much history and with Suzette’s collections of antiques it felt very authentic! The grounds are worth a walk to see the ruins of the dairy and the old farmhouse. The food was amazing! Sabine does a fantastic job in the kitchen! Suzette and Roger are so friendly and nice, excellent hosts!

Pros: Suzette and Roger are excellent hosts. Always smiling, helpful and nice! It is worth a shot to stay at there place. It is a beautiful colonial house with a nice garden and a gorgeous veranda! Every room is decorated with attention and with very unique articles and the whole house as well. The breakfast is excellent especially when it is served with the beautiful smile of Suzette! 10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pillows were great, the temp in the room was perfect, the Christmas decor was lovely.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very cute and charming B&B with friendly and welcoming hosts. The breakfast was delicious and home-made. The room was clean and comfortable, the shared bathroom as well. The house itself is really charming and was so nicely decorated - it looked like a perfect B&B from a picture-book.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old mansion, wonderful hosts, and very tasty breakfasts.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful manor house Friendly hosts and awesome breakfast
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The Inn is the stately former summer home of the Graham family. The owners have preserved the period atmosphere and furnishings (picture an antebellum mansion). The bathroom, though shared, was spotlessly clean. The breakfast room -- an enclosed veranda, if I remember right -- was especially charming. The breakfast offerings were freshly prepared and delicious. We arrived well after dark (not the original plan), but the owner was waiting at the entrance for us and gave us a friendly welcome. I think the Inn would be great for a great romantic getaway.
Cons: The sign at the entrance to the Montrose Inn off old Highway 2 could be lit up more.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I would go back anytime!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were so impressed with how clean the hotel is and the included breakfast was a wonderful surprise.
Cons: No, everything was awesome!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel and super clean. Looks to me that it’s a fairly new hotel. We had a full kitchen with a full sized fridge with freezer. The bed was really comfortable. We also really enjoyed the complementary hot breakfast and the free coffee they served all day. We rented this hotel to go visit the sandbanks beaches and it’s about a 40 min drive, but it’s a beautiful drive to get there.
Cons: The only thing I can say that I would change is that there here are no mirrors in the room, only in the bathroom. So only one person at a time can get ready.
7.5 Good
Cons: The hotel would not accept our Canadian TD Canada Trust debit card; even though booking was secured by another credit card. Will not use them again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and friendly staff. The bed was so comfy, I pass out everytime I jumped in!
Cons: N/a
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I appreciated the cleanliness and the very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The kitchenette was an added bonus and it even had a dishwasher!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: After booking on line I called the Hotel and the desk clerk was extremely pleasant and confirment immediately that is great service. The room was spotless and had everything you could possible want in a room. I would refer this Hotel to anyone.
Cons: Not a thing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, comfortable, spacious and functional. The facilities are top notch; there is a nice pool, hot tub, and gym available. Great location if you also intend to visit Prince Edward County but could not find or afford a stay on the island. It is a 30-minute drive to Picton, Sandbanks Provincial Park, or pretty much anywhere in PEC, as well a short drive to downtown Belleville.
Cons: The breakfast was average at best, a bit underwhelming - few options, the food was cold, and the setup could be improved (e.g. the plates are in the middle of the counter, meaning you have to cut in line to get a plate, utensils at the end etc.). Also, our room was not ready upon arrival at 3:00 pm, despite the fact we emailed the property in advance to request an earlier check-in (usually at 4:00 pm). We appreciate that the hotel was full the night prior, however this was not an unreasonable request and plenty of notice was provided.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request.
Cons: Location. It was ok but there really aren’t any nice restaurants nearby. Just roadhouses.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness and breakfast
Cons: Tv reception. There is no guide or no channel to describe what is on at that time. Going channel by channel is archaic and inexcusable. There should be someway cogeco could do this for you. I have not found a hotel recently that did not have a channel guide or just push the guide button. For the price of the room, I find this inexcusable. I will definitely look into another hotel the next time I visit my son.

5.8 Okay
Pros: Location was perfect for what we were doing and there were enough rooms for 3 sets of people.
Cons: We booked 3 rooms. We were not told in advance that the downstairs bathroom was not linked to the room. Also, the host was not there when we arrived and the staff did not know which rooms we were allocated. In addition, the room I was in lacked some basics that would cost very little - glasses in the washroom to take pills and brush teeth, hooks with some hangers to hang up clothes, a shelf in the washroom to put toiletries on, and other shelves in the bedroom.

Pros: Bed was extra comfy; air conditioning was quiet and effective
Cons: Price was a bit high

Pros: We rented 3 rooms. The location suited us for the purpose we went. The breakfast was good and the host made sure to cater to the dietary needs of one of the guests.
Cons: The host was not there when we arrived and hadn't communicated with the cleaners about which rooms we had booked. Some basic maintenance should be done - changing light bulbs, .having hooks and hangers for clothing, and the mattresses in the room with the single beds were uncomfortable.

We really enjoy the outdoor picnic table and view of the waterfront. It was Gorgeous ! The room was very clean and the pillow and bed was so great. Love love the pillows so soft
7.0 Good
Pros: The location is really good. Nice view on the back of the hotel. However, the boats horn in the morning, pretty annoying around 6-7.am there is a park just beside, you can walk or go fishing... However it’s kind of 40-50 years old hotel, all the equipments are old. Breakfast includes, just normal one with egg, sausages, bread...
Cons: Old equipment Rusty bathtub, missing a cover beside the toilet...
5.5 Okay
Cons: The breakfast and coffee
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location on the water.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy parking, and location was good
Cons: The hallways seemed a bit banged up. The mattress was a bit lumpy.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: N/A
Cons: At the check in I book one of the rooms with 2 queen beds and we got a queen bed with a sofa witch is ok for my 5 year old daughter but my friends end up to sleep mother and son (18 years old) in the same bed. The towels are unacceptable I run a housekeeping department at the HGI in Ottawa and I know how a nice towel have to look. Sheets where dirty and much more. Just to put one more a full cup with cigarettes buts.. but you still charge a full room rate... anyhow hope that this review will help others make a better choice.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Location ,Breakfast ,pool & staff all was good
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location! Beautiful view. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Warm continental breakfast. Easy to check in and check out.
Cons: Booked a waterfront room and had been assigned a garden view room ... make sure to double check your booking! More attention needed to be paid to cleaning - the washroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. More vegetarian and vegan options for breakfast would have been appreciated.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Staff are pleasant/... great shower nozzle!
Cons: This is advertised as a Ramada by Wyndham...it actually is an old run down travelodge...the mat is still in the elevator...bathtub was so gross we had to put a towel down...it's not that the staff did not clean it...it is so grubby it cant be cleaned...wallpaper peeling...No AC in the breakfast area...one creepy elevator that shakes and shimmey's, for the whole hotel,...it is way past its best before date...yet set on a stunning piece of waterfront property I wrote a song...It's the creepiest hotel, the very creepiest hotel I've ever stayed in
5.0 Okay

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My family truly enjoyed our stay at Windswept on the Trent. Our hosts were fabulous, friendly, helpful and we had all the comforts of home. The breakfast that they prepared for us was truly exceptional and I strongly recommend this B & B for anyone how wants to enjoy everything a cottage setting has to offer.
Cons: We truly loved everything. Beautiful cottage feel, real fireplace, sunset views, great lake exposure, pretty mature gardens, true relaxation, quite the breakfast spread, our hosts were very friendly and attentive. My husband and I are going to book for mid to late September.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The grounds were beautiful. We were invited to make use of all it had to offer: hot tub, hammock and deck chairs by the the water. You could easily spend the whole afternoon just enjoying the property. The Coach House was very private, lots of character, kind of rustic chic, very well maintained, plenty of extra blankets and linens, TV and wifi. Breakfast was really outstanding, hosts very welcoming, and we loved Seymour the cat.
Cons: The view from the road can give the impression of the site being a bit rundown which put a momentary hesitation in my mind pulling up. But don't let that fool you because the road side is essentially like the back of a property and the awesomeness is seen once you've pulled in.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Peaceful retreat, we particularly enjoyed the breakfast and the beautiful bedroom. Very nice hosts.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly
Cons: Inside the cottage was very nice but the area around this coach house was debris strewned. Piles of wood (not wood piles), old barbecue grill, old propane tanks, old fencing etc. The area around the lake also had debris. the grounds around the main house were beautiful with flowers, and water features.

5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was very clean. Bathroom was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The a/c worked but was very loud.
Cons: We booked here because the weather was so warm and we wanted to swim. The outside of this property was run down, the photography ads were very creative and somewhat misleading. The pool was filthy, yet it was open for swimming as indicated at the front desk. The BBQ was not clean either. The pool and bbq shouldn't be listed as available for use. The waterfront is beautiful but picnic tables available were old and ready to fall apart. This place could be awesome if cleaned up as the waterfront is beautiful and quiet.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location.
Cons: A little blt noise from upstairs room.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Rooms were clean. Great location.
7.5 Good
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Nothing
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. It was scary. The tv had no signal. The fridge was disconnect and grungy and the microwave looked disgusting. Every piece of metal - the radiators etc. was rusted out and the doors and frames of the bathroom doors were in desperate need of a paint job. It was so creepy I didn't want to touch a thing! The sheets were worn and could have been used already and the towels - ragged. My dog at home has better quality towels!!! The inside of the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned either. The carpeting and light fixtures were from the 1960"s!! I demand a full refund!! I paid $159 for one night thinking the price reflected the quality of the room...NOT So! I could have stayed at the Marriott in Belleville for $189 but chose this because it was closer to Hastings. The picture posted on your website is 25 yrs. Old and is very misleading. I intend to post this review on fb and on any other consumer site I can find.
Cons: See above!
7.5 Good
Pros: Spotlessly clean and good location!
Cons: Noisy! Could hear everything going on in the parking lot at 6am. Facilities dated and a little bit pricey for what you got.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The beds and the T,V.
Cons: Hardly any heat. Needs extensive renovation. Would be suitable as a seasonal business.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was good for our purposes.
Cons: Room very outdated, small. Coffee maker provided, but not even enough creamer and sugar for one person. Bathroom door hit the bed when opening. Room very noisy from other guests. Have stayed in much better for the money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very updated and clean!
