Pros: Comfortable bed and high end linens.

Cons: Request room far from elevators. Wedding partiers very audible in hallway at end of the night.

Pros: This was perfect for a wedding we had to attend nearby. It was within walking distance not only to the venue but to the shops and beach. The manager Harry was very friendly and just a great experience. The room was not fancy a, but it was comfortable and clean.

Cons: Only a double bed

Cons: Room decor last updated in the 1970s. Window units for airconditioning, old furniture, no closet, rust on baseboards. Very very dated - especially for the price.

Cons: The facilities are very poor. The bathroom in our room was barely passable. The resort needs a full overhaul as doors, carpets and walls are scuffed and in ill repair. For a resort of this stature you would think more care would be taken to make the resort aesthetically more pleasing especially since the neighboring and comparable resort has been fully updated and extremely clean.

Pros: The hotel is extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff is helpful, knowledgeable and very courteous.

Cons: Hotel is a bit tired - it is an "ok"'place to stay if you get a great rate. The " standard "brochure " rates however make it VERY overpriced

Cons: The hotel is older and has a worn feel to it, but the bed was comfortable (the sheets are functional, but not super high quality) and there was a small coffee maker and fairly large fridge in the room.

Pros: I stayed in the studio option. It was clean with excellent hot water You can control the temperature in each room. 2 refrigerators. I would use the mini for adult beverages. Lots of cabinet space. Pots, pans & dishes included. It was a comfortable family friendly atmosphere.

Cons: The tv was small and not the best clarity. Only a mini ironing board. Not much within walking distance. You must drive! Also if you plan on cooking the stove is a mini electric top surface only. It wasn't a issue for me however it could be for others.

Pros: We had a great stay. Had everything we needed, loved the apartment size fridge. Very clean and comfortable, great value for the price. Close to wildwood board walk only a 15 min drive. Would definitely stay again!

We were celebrating our anniversary and wanted a top floor but they closed them and placed us on the second floor. Air conditioner didn’t work

Pros: 2-room suite was spacious, had flat screen tvs in both bedrooms and the living room, clean up service came in to change out towels and remove trash, had a full size fridge and fridge-top freezer, oven, stove, and microwave complete with dishes.

Cons: The screen door didnt close and blew open and closed on the windy days.

Cons: When I arrived for check in, there was NO ONE in the building at the front desk and I had to call someone to come in and check me in. I went to request more towels and no one was at the front desk. It turns out the front desk lady was staying in the room next to mine!!!! Basically she was never at the front desk when needed but she was available if I knocked on her door

Cons: We were in a room that you could not sit outside as we were in an enclosed airway. The blinds were broken and they didn't close all the way nor did they open. The owner said it would be fixed but that never happened. There was no light next to the beds so you had to get up and turn off the light in the kitchen before you went to sleep.. Lighting was poor. It was an efficiency so the kitchen was to be equipped with supplies. The pots and pans looked like they were from the civil war. The Teflon was scrapped off etc. They could not be used. The kitchen appliances were not clean. There were no ice trays. It was in bad shape. The stove, I cannot describe the condition. It was not clean and just horrible.

There is an acceptable simplicity to a budget hotel; but no hotel should be run down structurally, nor have drab and worn appointments, like carpeting, the kitchenette, the bathroom. Exterior planks to the flooring sag in spots under your feet. The interior floor inexplicably uneven in spots. The hotel needs to be completely redone. * And why does your app calculate an overall rating of 2.5 (out of 5?) when I gave the lowest rating of 5 possible scores in each category? Shouldnt that be a 1.0 rating?

Pros: Location is great! Proximity to beach is perfect. Pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Hotel staff were kind and attentive.

Cons: My room was next to the elevator and should have been a storage closet. I wasn't told while booking about either. Arrived at 8 and the pool was already closed, not to reopen until 10 the next morning. Night attendant told my super disappointed son to ask the day crew and they would open early since we arrived and and needed to check out the same time it opened. Day desk attendant was irritated that I even asked and refused. Why close so early? There's no life guards so what difference does it make? A huge puddle of still water blocked my door and we had to jump over it to leave or enter. Still sat in the A.M. when we checked out.

Cons: The beds were HORRIBLE, possibly even the worst beds I have ever slept on......I had EXCRUCIATING lower back pain for 3 days after we checked out. I could feel the individual springs whenever I moved. It was like sleeping on tiny slabs of concrete that just poked and prodded you every time you moved.....it was NOT a pleasant experience. There were also small stains on some of the sheets

The grills were well kept and the outside seating / dining area was nice. Location is amazing right at the start of the boardwalk yet still in North Wildwood where the best beaches are!!! Pros: The location was perfect! We could see the ocean from the balcony in front of our room. The beach was steps away, and the boardwalk only 1 block away. The beds in our room were very comfy. The staff provided clean towels everyday. The pool and the patio area was very clean.

The pool was great,nice and warm with some pool toys for the kiddies.The unit itself had absolutely everything we could ever need...everything from a toaster & blender to bowls and strainers. Pros: The location is great it’s right by the beach and boardwalk. Our room was spacious and clean. It includes everything you need Plates,Bowls,silverware,utensils everything to make your stay easy. Staff was friendly the pool was nice. Nothing but good reviews from us! We’ll definitely be using le boot for all future stays.

Cons: The only thing I’d suggest is they should put in some bath mats just because the floor gets wet when in the shower it’s inevitable so they should have mats but honestly that’s the only thing I could think of. Everything else was perfect

Pros: The location is spectacular. Close to beach and boardwalk. Perfect for families. The pool was nice and well kept and the grilling/smoking/recreation area was nice with tables and umbrellas.

Cons: The rooms need major updating. Mis-matched furniture. Table was too big for the area it was in, bathroom so small you can barely move in there. Microwave would run contantly when plugged in. You had to unplug it to stop it from running. Front door would not stay unlocked. Air conditioner only in the bedroom, so if you shut the door of the bedroom at night, the people sleeping in the living room got hot.

Pros: Just got back from a weekend here. This place is the cleanest motel I have ever stayed at in Wildwood. The staff was very frendly. Excellent location for the beach. Only downside is you have a decent walk to get to the boards. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk very helpful - suite was as advertised - refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, towels, flatware we're all in excellent condition and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the sitting area, bathroom, etc. met our expectations. We will certainly consider visiting Harbor Light Family Resort next year.

Pros: I loved the ocean view. I appreciated the stocked kitchen and full fridge. The staff were all friendly and management was able to accommodate our special request. We did not feel crowded. The location is excellent.

Pros: My niece and her family wanted to come to NJ to visit Wildwood. My husband and I thought it would be fun to find lodging. When I saw Harbor Lights reviews and photos, we knew that this motel would meet all our needs as far as room, pricing and location and 2 pools. The rooms were clean and big! The staff were friendly as well as professional. Josephine was awesome. The location was excellent. Few minute drive to the boardwalk and a block to the beaches of North Wildwood. Thank you Harbor Light! We will be back.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, recently renovated. Beach location is perfect and an easy one mile walk from the boardwalk chaos. Pool and sun decks were nice.

Pros: It was a stones throw from the board walk, morey's pier and beach, you can park your car and go! Room was freshly clean, sheets clean, microwave and mini fridge! Good for what we paid, would stay again. And when owner said no smoking he meant it, our room didn't have faintest hint of smell. Could not get into room until 3, but let us check in at noon and gave us a parking pass for their lot so we didn't have to pay for metered parking.

Cons: I didn't like how loud some of the other guests were. Hotel management was very nice at check in, but their presence is not on site, you have to walk to another hotel to check in, which is literally seconds away so no big deal. Not that management wasn't reachable because they were, and the other guests should have been more considerate. Turned the AC on, drowned them out some, but kids yelling from room to pool is a bit much. I just think if someone was in the building, guests might stay more in line. Super small parking lot, but it's FREE :) only one plug in lamp to light the room after dark, could use more lighting, and really need an electric outlet in the bathroom. Hard to use a blowdryer in the same outlet as the bed side lamp which is behind the night stand or atleast add another mirror in the room itself. Still great value for price!

Pros: How close it was to the boardwalk

Cons: How creepy and stingy it looked the pool was rotting i don’t know how some parents would let their kids in that pool it looked absolutely disgusting. Wouldn’t let my child in that pool at all! Also our door was semi broken like if police or swat broke it down before. And there was a bunch of teenagers smoking outside the balcony no older than 16 yrs old with no adults at all it was more of a party prom weekend hotel than family oriented!

Pros: Very close to boardwalk and was perfect location for annual car show boardwalk classic.

Cons: Not staffing around to assist. You check in at another motel to get your keys. The office was a linen room. and the other property seems that is where the priority is. Beds were noisy two pillows would be nice. Rooms a more small and space is not used well. Electrical outlets in odd places like one hanging out of the wall above the kitchen sink. There was a thick industrial cord attached to the lamp. I stayed in room 16. Parking area is also interesting. If you have a nice car only a few spots it won’t get dinged. Lastly, the shower drain backs up while showering and then slowly drains, not super slow but slow enough it leaves the tub slippery. My partner slips and hurt himself in this shower which we will have to discuss with the motel.

Pros: There was no staff in the office. U had to check in at another motel, sandy shores. Beds like sheet rock. No secure lock on door. Toilet backed up, no staff on site had to get someone from sandy shores to fix problem. Very very poorly kept motel.

Cons: All rooms need DO NOT disturb signs, My husband was taking a shower as I laid on the bed to rest, when one of the cleaning guys opened the door as He was getting dressed after his shower, & oops no clothes on he opened the door. Who knows for whatever reason. WE didn't need anything. Outside lights didn't go on until everybody was in bed. Couldn't see where anyone was going. Rooms need to be scrub down as floors were very dirty., & sand on them.

Cons: My partner has Celiac Disease. As tasty as the breakfast was, she was contaminated. It is very difficult to maintain a gluten-free environment, unless you have a dedicated space. This may not be possible at this location.

Cons: Table was dirty, towels had black marks on them, inside dresser draws were all stained and the floor is in need of a scrubbing. Feet were black. I had to clean the table myself. It had coffee stains. The dresser draws were all stained and did not even put my clothes in them. They should use liners that can be replaced. Floor needs to be cleaned and mopped on a regular or weekly basis. Towels are thin and flimsy. Had black marks on them and was hoping it wasn't mold. Not enough parking spots. Went to breakfast and upon return, had to find street parking for the next two days.

Cons: This hotel is the worst but it is good as a last minute stay due to everybody being booked. The sink didnt work so we only had the tub water. The bathroom stanked due to the toilet needing to be cleaned. This hotel need up grades no flat screen tv and rusted refrigerator. This hotel has 3 floors and no elevator so i you cant do steps then dont stay here. I couldnt wait to leave i will never stay there again.
