Location when driving south, just off highway.
Room was quiet, space look nice, space very clean and the bed was comfortable
Walls and shower look like they need some recaulking
It was very clean and the cleaning staff was very nice. I misplaced me wedding ring and the cleaning staff had found it and returned it promptly.
At check in, the manager on duty, was not friendly. Everyone else was fine.
Very comfortable and clean
The curtain in the room see through was not able to close fot privacy
It was pleasant enjoy our stay very much
The staff calling & coming to room about noise and it was not late. Plus noise level wasn't high. Also, would not let us use eating area.
i liked that they gave me a refund (or a $25 gift card) for what smelled like a urine filled room. its a pet friendly hotel :(
requested a king and there were only 14 cars there but upon checking in when assigned the 2 queens i asked about my request and without looking said NO ??? the room was fine as far as decor and the beds were comfy but the smell left us with headaches
Bathrooms had some hair on floor and on shower
The person at the desk (manager on duty) was most helpful, the room was large & spotless, bed was very comfortable. Microwave, good size fridge. Breakfast was plentiful and the person in charge of the dining room was most pleasant & welcoming.
I loved this Hotel, This is the Best Pet Hotel I have ever stayed at. Its even on the top for Hotels that are not pet friendly, I would stay at this Hotel again.
This was an overnight stop -- I loved the fact that they don't make guests with pets take smoking rooms. Elegant lobby, and the room was pristine apart from a few faint stains on an easy chair and there was only one extra blanket made of foamy material. Be aware that there's no decent place to walk a dog -- there's an empty field behind the hotel but my dog quickly picked up several burrs in her feet. The truckstop next door doesn't really affect you -- no noise or exhaust fumes get into the room. The free hot breakfast was pretty bad but overall the Hampton exceeded my expectations.
