Pros (+) This place was in an ideal location, right near the cathedral. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) It's too bad that there's not more parking on-site, but also not really surprising considering it's smack-dab in the middle of the old town. I parked at a garage near the train station and walked in, and that was fine.

Cons (-) Shower flooded the bathroom floor and, if I had not thrown all the towels down, it would have flooded the bedroom as well. They were surely aware of this as the shower head was positioned facing the wall. Once it was turned to focus the water downward, the flooding began. Room 308.
Pros (+) Extremely helpful desk (perfect English), nice restaurant/cafe, extremely convenient location to the sights, nice rooms, even A/C. Just be aware that you'll have some walking to do from the train station, but you can cut 3/4 of the walk by taking the tram, or you can cab it to within a block.
