Staff is very friendly; and a good restaurant located on the premises. Close to the highway, easy bus connection to city center.

had a lovely time staying at this hotel.had spent my frist night in the hilton just up the road and the alvisse parc hotel was so so much better on all things eg the cost of food & drink was so much cheaper,the staff were much more helpfull and the whole style of the hotel was much better than the hilton that cost for one night the same as our whole 3 days at the alvisse parc .we were there for the world cup of food(so we know the bussness well)its on again in 4yrs so it will be this hotel we will be staying at

All of your staff were pleasant, polite and very helpful. There was also plenty of free car parking. Only ten minutes from the city centre by car. You have a bus service just outside the hotel. Dining room and waiting staff are excellent. The food was adequately cooked but a little slow arriving.

Your hotel is generally very good although parts of the interior were showing their age

I had Flemish asparagus in your restaurant and it may be the best prepared asparagus I have ever eaten. The breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bus very convenient. Hotel excellent value - would stay there again and would highly recommend.

We had to take cab to airport because hotel van was busy.

The room was big (much bigger than I even hoped) and the king sized bed was AWESOME! Room was also very quiet, which means the walls were sufficiently thick.

The room was sterile. The bathroom was large, but there was no method or madness to the space itself. The TVs were old and need to be updated (the one in the bedroom didn't work; thankfully the one in the living room did).

It is the best hotel in Luxembourg, a bit less central than the Royal but close nevertheless and newer/nicer.

The room was outstanding. Lots of nice amenities and attention to details (bathrobes, coffeemaker, flower, L'Occitane soaps, excellent shower) and the design was spacious, original, funky and modern yet warm and comfortable.

Wifi should be included. Shower leaked out onto the floor due to design flaw/bad seal. No easy garage access. Room should have radio alarm clock with iPod plugin.

Excellent 5 star hotel. Perfectly located near the center of town.

Woefully understaffed on reception in morning, took twenty minutes to check out.

Comfortable bed, situated near to the train station.

Size of the bed too big for such a small room. Table too small. Bath room not well cleaned. Situated in the milieu of prostitution, therefore a lot of noise coming from the street.

My room, particularly the bed, smelled of cigarette smoke. I always request a non-smoking room so I found this disappointing.

The buffet and food in general was good. Great shower!

When i arrived at the Luxemburg airport I went to the information Center to find out how I could get to the hotel. The representative told me that it was within walking distance. In fact no taxi would take me their because it was too close. She pointed outside to a brown building and said it was on the other side of it. It was not on the other side. Probably a quarter of a km. away from the airport. It was an ok walk for me but I'm not sure all patrons could walk it. Possibly you can call for the hotel shuttle but they do not advertise it. Also coming from Canada I wasn't using my cell phone and I saw no courtesy phone at the airport to call the hotel.

Very small room. I have requested 3 separate beds, got only 2 (1 king size). The room was like 20m2 and very small for 3 people.

The hotel as well located in a walking distance to the city center. There was good parking facility. The reception was well maintained andd the stuff friendful and helpful. The room was clean, cosy and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

We needed to ask the staff questions on matters that they should have just informed us. Also, we booked a executive room with access to the lounge which never opened. After searching for an answer to our question, the staff told us to go upstairs to the bar area and they would do something for us. Overall, we were very disappointed in the customer service and the hotel not fulfilling what they had offered.

Very customer oriented staff, free soft drinks in mini bar re-filled everyday, nice size of rooms, modern design, free parking inside, free wifi, good breakfast buffet

Once coffee cups in room were not very clean, wifi problem in one room (but could make use of wired connection) too small size of TV screen (ok in executive suite), good breakfast buffet but lacking eggs and variety if you stay more than 2 days.

I have only the best impressions. I would recommend it.

On some webs this hotel was marked on the Google map in the wrong place (next to number 37-39 on the street not 13) . In fact it was 1.5 km further.

Location is great for the purpose of my trip, just across the street from the Congres, but not close to the tourist area.

The room was decorated in warm tones, with a comfortable bed.

The hotel has wi-fi, but one has to pay €7 an hour to use it, which seems excessive. The TV had many channels, but almost all were in German.

The hotel was a standard business hotel - very centrally located in Luxembourg city. Staff was very courteous and professional, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Staff friendly, hotel was quiet, clean and well appointed. Being directly opposite the railway station made it a simple formality to drop luggage off before exploring the city, I will stay there again.

This was my second stay in this hotel and again, I was very satisfied. Very nice, helpful and communicative staff, clean rooms with all necessary amenities, good wi-fi connection, comfortable location, quiet. Breakfast is excellent!

Very modern, cosy and clean hotel. Excellent wellness facilities. Very decent breakfast. Special thanks to the very friendly hotels staff (especially at the reception). This is an example of a hotel wjhere they try to make you feel good at all instances.

Location in a business park is a bit strange but in the weekend the area is very calm.

I was very disappointed with the level of English or German of the hotel staffing: at the reception desk, in the hotel bar and in the restaurant as well. It was very confusing, even though I tried to be friendly and able to comprehend. Breakfast service was quite poor and there was nothing much, what could this hotel to offer me. I was missing fitness or a pool.
